5000 arrests made from harassing people for having a rockchip that spread across their windshield or either forgetting or not able to afford some tabs... Police have been using this as their bread-and-butter for decades. They can clearly come up with other reasons to pull you over they do it daily. We need to start eliminating more little BS justifications for stops and focus on those truck drivers riding side-by-side backing up traffic 15mph+ real speeders those last min bob and weavers that like to cut in at the end of a lane real road hazards...not some petty a$$ $hit

The end result over 10k in tickets and fines all wiped clean after the ACLU sued the state of Washington.
Over 100k people were given their DL back that same day.

Pedophiles and violent sex offenders CANT BE REHABILITATED! These people should be getting a life sentence when they offend. How, in 2023 are these people still getting smaller sentences and the opportunity to get out, when it's a fact that they almost always reoffend!? If their letting these people loose in washington communities you all better watch your kids and families close, because chances are, the majority of these offenders ARE GOING TO RE-OFFEND when they get a chance and opportunity.

A level 3 sex offender has illegally moved in to a USDA HUD subsidised apartment complex that is supposed to be for elderly and disabled people on the 300 block of 1st Street in downtown Raymond, Washington. The elderly and disabled people that are vulnerable adults found out that the level 3 sex offender had moved in to the apartment complex for elderly and disabled people when 2 Department Of Corrections Officers came to his apartment on the second day of him living at the apartment complex. The level 3 sex offender was inside a disabled couples apartment that was giving him a air mattress when the female half asked him why the DOC had visited his apartment. The level 3 sex offender said he was convicted of rape. That is how everyone living at the elderly and disabled apartment complex found out he is a level 3 sex offender. On the 3rd day of the level 3 sex offender lived at the elderly and disabled apartment complex March 29, 2023 he threaten my elderly mother and the incident was caught on the apartment complexes security cameras, a police report was made with the Raymond Police Department but nothing was done and the Police Officer suggested to get more security cameras and take steps to protect yourself. Now the level 3 sex offender smirks at me as if he thinks I will not or can not protect my elderly mother and the other elderly and disabled people that live in the apartment complex for elderly and disabled people.

If they do reoffend (sex offenders and child predators who rape and molest innocent children) and don’t get caught, it does mean they haven’t reoffended, taking responsibility for a sex offender is equal to getting caught, and then they most often blame the victims. They need to be constantly monitored!

Look they did there time they got punished for what they did rightfully so but they have to live too after severing their time they also have to live with what they did. The people in that town that are stopping to do there daily routines or whatever that's no ones falt, thats on them and thats there choice for not living there daily lifes. In my opinion I believe there making it into a bigger problem then it actually is. I dont believe those guys are looking for there next victims especially knowing all eyes are on them. Look Im a victim of SA as a child for many years in the past so Idk if Im just different then others or I just got common sense in reality of things, that predators after serving their time, they gotta live there lifes too. Honestly I rather know where there all at in one place then not know and have them all spared out, if u know what I mean.
