The bead buster looks like a wonderful tool... I loved it. Thank you for the information, I have five of those little bikes. Z50 and CT70, I think the tool looks worth it. Greg
okay it is more useful for a wheel that cannot be divided into 2 parts so that is where it comes in handy and if I can't buy it where I am I can still make it I can also weld and know what to do it is still quite a good one video thanks
@@MiniBikeMike yeah I imagine they have gone up since then think I paid 99 bucks + free shipping think I got mine on eBay but the nice thing is you can use it on Car and truck tires ATV motorcycle scooter you name it love you channel I have a 1972 ct 70 and just acquired a Z50 of the same year
Handy tool. It was a bee last time I try to separate the rims. But like you said if only do 1 bike. May not worth the money but if you do more often then yes. Thanks for the video!
It was super easy to use. I bought the tool back in October, but had never used it. When I looked it up to copy the link, I was a little shocked at how much it cost, I didn’t remember paying that much.
but I know a trick that not many know, I release the air and when there is no more pressure, remove the 2 shad, place a piece of wood between the 2 and I push with my feet, I also put some oil on it or some water and some detergent makes some soap
One side popped off no problem the other side wouldn't come off so i cut the tire off and the bead is just stuck on there now so I'm gonna have to cut it off with a Dremel or something pretty sure the tire is probably original from 1970
Yep saw Josh do it and i bought the bead buster no sweat no swearing no breaks Easy peezy!! 😂🤣

Neat, but I just use WD40, a couple of C-clamps and a big hammer.
Another great video Mike! I have over a dozen rims to do. Just ordered one for my shop! Looking forward to having that in my toolbox. Thank you!
Excellent demonstration Mike and it looks like a very valuable tool for the collector.
Thanks. I’m excited at the opportunity to save some tires that would have been scrapped in the past.

Great video Mike . Thanks for posting up
Great video. My tires had a date code of 1969. I had to saw them off. This is a lot easier.
Great tool 👍🏼

Sweet. That will help. Do you have a part number for the after market 5 inch bulbs that the bulbs are replaceable. Got a 72 CL 100 6volt.
Nice bead breaker!

Hi Mike... spectacular divice 🤩, my technique is to spray the edge of the rims with some wd-40 and then screwdriver🪛 😉
Yep, we’ve all been down that road.

Love it !!! Thanks for sharing . Going to buy myself one !!!
I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it removed the rims.
@@MiniBikeMike me too looks like it will save us both time and money
I’ve got the worst ones ever off easily with 2 flat head screwdrivers worked in opposite directions around the rim.
Yep, there is a million ways to do it…..and most of us have tried them all. This tool is by far the quickest and easiest thing I have found.
