Very nice work my Friend. I learned a lot from your videos. I’m starting a Restauration of a 1973 Dax St50. I enjoy it very much. Thanks an Greets from Germany.
For the more flexible scotch brite wheel are you using flanges that came with the grinder or did you get them separately? I bought them to use on my dewalt grinder but the flanges aren’t holding it in place tight enough so the pad just spins freely and will stop spinning if I put the part against it.
You can try this for the polishing job - Local Harbor freight (1/4" shank for dremel - www.harborfreight.com/14-piece-aluminum-polishing-kit-98707.html

Thanks for your videos josh. At the end you mention you do this as a business. Do you restore/rebuild engines as well.? If you do I’d like to get a quote. Let me know how to contact you about it. Thanks again!
Thanks for input - I think you're talking about the painting video, not this one and it is a dedicated toaster oven for painted parts ONLY - No food. I did not mention a microwave.
Josh,
Really appreciate you sharing this. I would feel very comfortable having you work on my bikes!

Stock flanges. Mine spin every once in a while too, but I dont suffer from no clamping like you
What would be the best way to go about it with a dremel? Are there scotch brite pads or some alternative for them?
