I’m so proud and thankful to be here at 28.5 weeks pregnant. I have to modify a lot of things, but I’m grateful everyday for Sydney’s consistency and for my bodies ability to move. My goal is to simply finish as much of summertime fine as I can (until baby comes; we’re due in July). I think I can speak for not only myself but others that you showing up keeps me accountable! Thank you and I am so excited for this challenge!!
All I can say is OMG! I am sweating from the part on the top of my head to my soaked socks. Depression is crippling and I have not taken care of myself in a long time. I said it yesterday and I will say it again, this program could not have come at a better time. 5:30 am workout complete. 😅❤
I feel this. It’s my birthday month and it starts with M so this month I’m making it about ME. I lost who I was and started dealing with anxiety and depression after my daughter was born last year. Can’t wait to complete this. We’ve got this!!!
Going through Perimenopause and battling some pretty debilitating insomnia, I find I'm not able to do what I once did. It's hard on the ego, the having to slow down, stop, modify. To see the changes in my body with weight gain and loss of strength. But today, even with only winks of sleep last night, I did this, not perfect, not like it was, but exactly to the best of my ability today, and while I may grieve for what my body used to look, feel like, and be; I am grateful that today I could do this, because other days I cannot. Thank you for always supporting, pushing, coaching us with love and kindness Sydney
This was an endurance challenge for me today for sure after a rough few nights with our baby 😴 Shout out to all the other sleep deprived parents out there too!
Who else’s heart dropped when Sydney said we’re doing mountain climbers 😭🙋🏻♀️?? This workout was tough and sweaty but so energizing 🥰! Thank you, Sydney ❤️!

I've really missed having someone say they're proud of me for doing my best...so thank you Sydney, it means more than you can imagine xx

This was my first workout post hemorrhoidectomy surgery a month ago!! Got the green light from my doctor!! Feeling a little sluggish after a whole month of not working out!! But just listening to Sydney’s voice and her encouragement lets me know I be back to my old self soon! I know Sydney will get me there!! Yesterday’s workout I’ll be doing on Thursday just because I don’t want to miss not a single workout!! Been missing you all!!!❤️💪🏼🔥

Eeeeeeee!!! Day 2 of Summr Time Fitness, and its again no equipment workout, i did day 1 today and gosh almost gave up after 15 mins, it was so sweaty and high intensity. Took a 10 min break, changed clothes coz mine were dripping and came back to finish, and I'm so glad I did coz I felt great throughout the day. I was planning to do just some light abs workout tomorrow, but since Sydney dropped this cardio plus abs I'll have to suck up and try this. ❤❤
Thank you for another sweaty workout... I don't like cardio, so if everyday were like this one, I wouldn't tune back in. However, I know you are FANTASTIC at changing it up, even in cardio... so, with that, See You Tomorrow!! 😅💪
I'm loving this program already. Cardio isn't my thing but Sydney kept it moving and enjoyable. I had a blast even though I had to stop and breath every now and then.
So having these easier workouts where I can still do them and still heal from my injury is crucial. I'm not allowed to run yet. Just walk. And let me tell you. I have lost muscle. And some strength but What I'm gaining in return us a much healthier, happier, calmer, more patient me. And I smile more. And it really helps me to focus on nutrition and not so much on just the workouts. All I was doing was over training and under eating for so long that my body was eating itself and storing stuff as fay. Instead of burning it. When I'm well fed I'm able to do more and just not place my whole life around workouts. Forgetting everything else. It was taking over my life because of summertime fine. I have workouts doable for me. With weight or without. And it just is awesome. So thank you sydney for helping me change my mindset. And use this down time to recover from Injury to see that doing more then your workouts. Is stupid.

My favorite part of this workout was not giving up, and soon after hearing you say “stop and breathe done stop and leave!!” Day two complete! I got this because I am so capable!

This workout was definitely a good one. Lots of variety. My abs were burning. I have been following Sydney now for 12 months I love the motivational and encouraging words shared.
I cannot be more proud of myself! I was strong throughout the work out. It was the best workout I ever have! And I tried in the evening! I never do that. I always make an excuse. I nailed it. 🧜♀️ Daughter 3yo said "you look like a mermaid." 😍
This evening I wanted to give up already on day 2 because my body was so tired after work. I work on my feet doing deep cleaning all day, most days. And I usually talk myself into it being a "treat" for my body to rest and do no more physical activity when I get home - so that I am "recouping" my body. But then I realized that I've been lying to myself. It's not a treat, its a disservice to my body. This "treating" myself everyday after work is the reason why I'm out of the habit of being motivated, why I feel depressed, my phone usage is too much, and why my body has started to give me a lack of confidence. A REAL "treat' to my body should be to go home, give it good exercise and conditioning so that It helps my physique, depression, sleep, and overall well-being. That is a real treat to my body. And one day when I start to see all the results, my body will be so thankful that I didn't let it go to pot everyday when I got home. I am by no means disregarding the fact that I will need true rest sometimes and recuperation, but I need to start to find the balance. Thank you Sydney for helping me hold myself accountable. For anyone feeling down...It took me 53 minutes to complete this d/t feeling like I need a min to catch my breath and my 6 year old needed me for a minute.. But I burned 403 calories and I feel amazing and proud and STRONG!! Thank you Sydney and Dustin!
My first workout with you😊. I had to modify a bit because I don’t have sliders, but no worries- I just as-lib and keep moving. I hurt myself a year ago doing deadlifts after a long break. Learned my lesson the hard way- there is ZERO shame in modifying any exercise until you are confident in the movement or weight. I’d rather take the long road than be benched. Thank you for a great workout! ❤.
I actually did day 1 and day 2 today because of a time zone error (hi I’m exercising with you all the way in South Korea!!!) I feel great. I have been doing videos with Sydney for almost 2 years now. I’ll admit, sometimes I fall off but I always come back. I’ve had a lot of changes recently and summertime fine came just in time. I’m feeling great and ready to complete it!!! My favorite part were the lateral slides!

My favorite part was knowing we were doing 4 types of exercises. I kept telling myself, "Only one more set and you're almost there. This is nothing!" It kicked my butt, and I had a lot of fun.

Got up at 6:20 (which is early for me) to do this workout! I feel more energized than I did when I woke up. I'm so proud of myself! Also, I love when I get drenched in sweat- I feel so fulfilled LOL.

Mountain climbers are my favorite...burpees on the other hand not. It was the standing mountain climbers a tad bit easier.
I have to admit.......I had to slow the mountain climbers down today because my coordination was not there lol, but I did them. We got this!!

I’ll admit, sometimes I fall off but I always come back. I’ve had a lot of changes recently and summertime fine came just in time. I’m feeling great and ready to complete it!!! My favorite part were the lateral slides!

I am so thankful for you! A friend recommended your channel and I'm glad I tried it. I'm 10 months postpartum with my youngest and am stepping up my fitness during their nap time. It's been challenging but manageable, and a lot of fun. Looking forward to tomorrow's workout 😅

My favorite part was knowing we were doing 4 types of exercises. I kept telling myself, "Only one more set and you're almost there. This is nothing!" It kicked my butt, and I had a lot of fun.
I really loved Day #2!!! What a fantastic workout and Sydney gets alot done in 30 minutes!! Wow!! Summertime Fine is off to an amazing start with Day 1 and Day 2!! And I am loving the standing mountain climbers!!!!❤❤

Got up at 6:20 (which is early for me) to do this workout! I feel more energized than I did when I woke up. I'm so proud of myself! Also, I love when I get drenched in sweat- I feel so fulfilled LOL.
