This workout is the second workout in your week and it truly is a workout that anyone can do anywhere! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each and we will be operating in supersets so there will be no rest between the exercises until after you complete them both. After those 2 minutes of work we will have a 15 second break and after the third round of those two moves you will have a longer drink break. Grab water and your sliders and work hard!!
The Exercises:
1. Inchworm burpees
2. Mountain climbers
3. Plank jacks
4. Plank hip taps
5. Jumping jack and punch
6. Lateral floor tap to sky punch
7. Leg raises
8. Lower ab open, close, and tuck

OMG Fireweek aint no joke!😅 anyone else couldn't hold those plank/slider exercises? I couldn't even do that for 10 seconds 😢 BUT I did not give up, I just paused and got back into it! Amazing work out! Good luck everyone this week!🔥

What a burner! 🔥🔥 I don’t know how people skip the cool down; it’s pretty much the best part of the workout 😅 my son turns 1 year old today!!!! Can’t believe it!!! Officially 1 year postpartum! Grateful and blessed to continue to rock with Syd and this squad! ❤❤

OMG!, those side planks hip dips got me. Had to pause for a sec. and go right back to it till I finished. This fireweek sure is intense, but well worth it. Day 22 done.
Even though my body felt so heavy today, I’m so glad that I pushed through and finished this workout! I’m not particularly proud of myself for always stopping during some of the moves but I’m glad I made it. Thank you so much Sydney!

When Sydney says Fire/Burn week she is NOT kidding! Good Lord that one was tough but I'm proud that I made it to the end! Had to modify the core work at times when I started feeling pain in my surgery areas but I'm definitely stronger because of the work I put in with Sydney and this squad! This i can confidently say Sydney is your hardest no equipment workout. Gave up after the second set, was dripping sweat as though stepped outa shower. Truly lived upto its name of being a fire workout. 🔥🔥

At the beginning of the workout, I told myself that I have built up enough strength to make it through 2 minutes of straight cardio and I did it! The ab work was more challenging but I know I can do it eventually if I keep trying. Fire week is kicking my butt in the best way possible.
Cool down is what keeps me going through workout!

Why not just continue with your own stretches while she talks? That's what I do. Best of both worlds 😊
@@violinistaUK that is what i do but i prefer a targeted cool down that fits the workout. I find that i tend to skimp on the cool down when left to my own devices. (lol)
