I loved this workout! Love feeling a little bit stronger every day. Feeling more in control of my muscle action not just going through the motion. And once again the music was fantastic!! Felt like drama lol Got me going for sure. Thanks Sydney Dustin and team 💪🦵💕☺️
I am really loving this series and this workout was great! I am someone who has to get my conditioning outside of my weightlifting routine as I have a condition that is a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. I don't do HIIT workouts or much with plyometrics as my body just doesn't recover well from it or tolerate it well. I can push and do it, but it's not what is good for me. I'm also a fitness/yoga instructor, so I am well conditioned and I come to this channel primarily for building muscle and strength. Also, I love how you warm us up. I wonder if there are more like me out there who skip the HIIT and cardio for other forms (walks, power yoga, hiking, elliptical etc...). I would love to see a whole series that the focus is on hypertrophy/strength building only. If there already is one, someone point me to it please. 😁

I made up Wednesday's leg day yesterday, so I really felt the hamstring circuit today, but I got through it. I surprised myself. Even with the endurance focus, I'm getting to the limit of what I can do with my current weights and intensity modifications. The program works, ladies and gents!

I don't usually comment, but I feel like I have to after that workout. I felt so strong and connected to my body the entire time. I was able to push myself to heavier weights and upped my endurance on the core moves. I love these workout and can't wait to crush tier 2 of STF 2023!!
