    Thanks so much for this Cole, I have fibromyalgia and have been reading about the vagus nerve for a while now. I work on my vagal tone regularly and it certainly makes a difference. Id love to hear more on regulation. 🙏🏻✨

    That was so helpful! It explains that lovely feeling when you sing full throttle. But good to know that tapping can have a similar effect. And it helps to explain to people who don‘t practice yoga how important breath is.

    Cole, this is amazing. I am just learning about polyvagal theory as a somatic divorce coach. I can’t believe that I get to connect these concepts together for my clients. Most of my clients have suffered one if not multiple traumas and NOBODY is talking about this to them. I’m bringing all of this to my clients. Much love for your teaching.     Been working on my vagal tone quite a bit last few months. Humming,tapping, even my ears to stimulate the vagus nerve. Actually helps calm me and reset. Looking forward to more from you on this!
