Thanks so much for this Cole, I have fibromyalgia and have been reading about the vagus nerve for a while now. I work on my vagal tone regularly and it certainly makes a difference. Id love to hear more on regulation. 🙏🏻✨
That was so helpful! It explains that lovely feeling when you sing full throttle. But good to know that tapping can have a similar effect. And it helps to explain to people who don‘t practice yoga how important breath is.
This is something that really interests me as I’m 2 months out from having my first baby and I’d like to dive deeper into how breathing and catering to my body can help with labor! Thank you!

Most of my clients have suffered one if not multiple traumas and NOBODY is talking about this to them. I’m bringing all of this to my clients. Much love for your teaching.
