As a biblical Christian I disagree with his evolutionary approach but the concept is very interesting and this man is obviously highly gifted and intelligent.

Healing my vagus nerve has been the single most important step in my healing. I used an e-stim device that is not a TENS unit; it works on a different current (Neubie by Neufit).
Because I have physical injuries, I was able to get a prescription to use at a physical therapy clinic that has this device. It's FDA cleared and my insurance paid 100% of it. That may not be the case for everyone and I think it is possible that the way it is billed to insurance, is why it was paid.
In addition to improving my physical issues, I have been anxiety-free for a whole year now. My sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems work like they were created to work. So yeah, I get anxiety when it's required, just like everybody else. But it doesn't stay locked in fight or flight. It returns to a normal position when a fight or flight response is no longer needed. I am more prone to go into it quicker than the average person, it's never to the degree before it was healed. When it happens it can take a little while to return to normal, but the good news is it does return to normal.
I recently experienced a dog attack. The next day was the worst. The nightmares returned, as did anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and more. I thought I had undone all the healing. But in two weeks I was completely back to my old self. And I've remained there, since. It demonstrated that it works. It's healed.
I've used multipled tools to heal myself, including working with trauma therapists. They've all played a part.

4:40 In the beginning was the word. Cats were big in ancient Egypt. This is a very, very good episode full of excellent and accurate information. Thank you. More on anti-fragility (resilience) please.

I would encourage replacing meditation with prayer. Instead of making one's self the object of meditation pray unto the one true God and let him be your focus. Then watch the miracles happen!

Our brains were created in the image of God, not evolved.

That is just regurgitated talk. Prior to medical information censorship, documentation on this subject was available.

Dr Leaf, are you familiar with the Cefaly device for migraine treatments. It uses a vibration to stimulate the trigeminal nerve and the vagus nerve.

Our front ventricles are the remnants of our horns no longer external. They are our antenna; our beacon to Source. Just like an ethernet cable. We are electric. Hertz was hurts. Source is a frequency.
