    I stopped and averted cold twice with this new breathing technique during the last six months. Can't thank you enough. As for my knee pain it disappears with one session of pain relief exercises. There is some new information in every video of yours. thanks a million sir.

      @@navanitham6104 Hi Navanitham, first observe Saurabh. Then do the yoga. It is very important to breath through nose and mouth closed.

    A question...when you breathe in ,does your stomach need to pump out, and while you breathe out, your stomach has to contract? Is this the way? Can you please show your way a bit closer to your body,I mean stomach, when you teach the breathing method. Thank you.

    Thankyou for this video.... its easy to listen to instructions but the visual representation of how to breath and hold is unique and a very effective aid to facilitate box breathing.

    Nice. Just was slow in pacing my breathing initially as I have deep breath. Then started doing it more quickly. With the closed eyes, a very calming feel.
