As a Indian looking at this.. i don't want to eat it lol.. it doesn't even have proper spices..
First boil the prawns and marinate with ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder or any Schezwan paste and keep it aside for atleast 15mins.. meanwhile fry the eggs with little salt and add little pepper powder and keep it aside.. now in the oil fry the spring onions, carrots, grated cabbage for just 2mins and then mix the fried eggs.. and now in another stove fry the marinated prawns then chop them into very small pieces then mix them in the fried eggs which done earlier, add the cooked rice now and add some salt, one spoon chilli Powder, small cap of white vinegar..small cap of soya sauce.. now mix these all and fry them in high flame for few mins.. that's it you'll get the best fried prawn and eggs rice.. trust me this will be thousand times better than this raw cooked prawns
