Alfred this is where I live now I moved here from socal 6 months ago try the gator bites or the jumbo nachos fantastic I love the blackwater River area it's bad ass I grew up racing around 1,000 hp jet boats so much fun it's a great area !!!!!
I hauled my 16ft Cape Horn to Alaska,,,,,,,,my first spring Bear hunt in Whittier will NOT be forgotten I had a Yamaha 75 outboard and the Sea's were misty foggy and we were going out about 25 miles,,,,,,,,,we did Great till we picked a spot to camp. 3 AM in the morning,,,,,,,what's that sound ?? Sounds like water,,,,,,,,,it is and our Camp is starting to Float,,,we camped in the tide line,,,,,,we threw all our stuff in the front of the boat and throwed the tent on top and dove in the tent,,,,we woke up laying nose to nose with my buddy and the boat was at a weird angle,,,i unzipped the tent and we were about 30 ft from the water line and on rocks,,,,,,my first THOUGHT ?? I hope another boat doesnt come in this Bay and see us Knuckleheads on these rocks,,,,,,the tide came back in and off we went That Cape Horn is a Great Boat,,, i hit a ice berg one time running wide open and we went air born big time,,,,Titanic i thought,,,we hauled butt to shore and it didnt even knock the paint off the bottom of the Boat,,,,,,Loved My Cape Horn !!!!!, I see ya in Pensacola,,,,,we used to Live there and we Had Mesquite Charlies Steak House,,,,,BEST EVER Steak House !!!! Good Luck to ya !!!!!
