Love the advice that you provided at the end it was very authentic and realistic. I am also a cpt, nutrition coach, yoga teacher and massage therapist but no longer practising but have also battled my own mind with all these self care things such as food and fitness. I recently reintroduced being gentle on myself instead of pushing myself to hard with working out and trying to eat too perfectly because I want this unrealistic body after children. I feel more intone with myself again and my body is loving me for it.
@KatelynnNolan thank you lovely ... sometimes social media influence gets the better of us and we expect more from ourself and our bodies but I'm trying to follow more people like you that focus on listening to ourselves and understanding the importance of being kind instead of pushing harder and punishing ourselves for unrealistic goals and image.
