I think it would be great to see a video with your 2 to 3 "go to" breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner items. Something of that nature. Maybe in one video you do breakfast and snack ideas and then another lunch/dinner since those can be interchangeable and used as left overs.
hi katelyn! watched this video just for fun bc i watch all ur videos, even if i wasnt looking for recipe inspo rn but i just like ur content :) ! and i wanted to say soemthing specfic iliked about this video was the little real moments like rushing to spin, camera moving around, not alot of sharp/jump cuts or edits, microwavable rice instead of complex recipes, etc and it just seemed super casual WHILE telling sharing good inspo! i feel sometimes when i watch what i eats', they make the whole food day seem perfect and aesthetic and its unrelatable but urs was relatable and casual while helpful, loved that!
Ah so happy! & I took some college courses, found dietitians online who share free content like Steph Ross on TikTok & then also from a dietitian in my area!
