2024 One of THE BEST Location Location views ever. From 2007-08 advancing to their present day outstanding homes. Phil and Kirstie you are THE No. 1 Realtors in the world 🌎 ♥...😊
Thanks for posting this episod. I remember the married couple from watching last year, they still seem very cool. What a transformation they made! Happy for them. The lads were lucky to find such a huge space, suitable for them, thanks Kirsty! Sometimes you need to move further away to find your ''dream house'', with better options. Well done to them for accepting change of location.
As much as the kitchen was beautiful, being in the basement does not work for me. I'd feel too cut off from the rest of the house and the outside space. Seen this episode before, but the 2 pairs of house hunters were delightful, so it was worth another viewing.
There is a way to make the kitchen feel more connected. At the back, dig out an area way with stairs up to the garden. A pair of French doors with the dining area at the back. It could be lovely.
I live in Upton park so I was able to recognize the footage and find the exact street where the 2 guys bought, and it's 20 Waghorn road, and then by doing a quick google search I saw that they sold this house in June 2021 for £435k. Just in case anyone is interested in this info.
I was thinking of the constant up and down the stairs with groceries and garbage....not to mention from the top floor at night for a drink or nibble. Main floor is where the kitchen belongs.....they should have done an extension instead.@@elizabeths4371
well, not everybody spends a lot of time in the kitchen. Some people barely cook, or they cook quick things. Not everybody sits around the kitchen for long periods.
I’m sorry, I want all my day-to-day living on one floor. Having the kitchen completely separate from the “reception rooms” as they call them in Britain, just does not work for me.
I like that the things has evolved and acceptance now is a must! Two male "friends" looking for a safe neighbourhood ... Hopefully it will never be needed again! LGBTQ+
I enjoyed this episode ..... about 4 months ago, or whatever. So I really don't understand why you say it was shown 9 hours ago when it is in fact ... a repeat. To be honest with this series of L.L.Location, I am bored of seeing one repeat after another. And it was one of my favourite video programs. A pity!

Two happy endings. I love both houses
I love it when they show an afterward visit as well. Amazing transformations.
Mike, James... you're good men and GOOD FUN.
Thank you for uploading!🙏

WOW Liz & Carl !! What a stunning transformation! Liz is so beautiful. The basketball guys did well too.
Even though the new material is quite limited, it is worthwhile. Liz and Carl's reno is particularly satisfying.
Carl & Liz are such a lovely couple, and made a lovely job of the house.
Lovely? A sugardaddy with a golddigger….
I was so impressed by all the work both sets did in their homes. Absolutely beautiful !
Thank you for the follow up ! Great !

Cómo siempre, Phil es una persona encantadora, profesional, mostrando casas bonitas y el cliente las trasforma bellamente 😊
The two guys seemed a bit star-struck by Kirstie. Sweet. Stair tiles with stylized basketball hoops in the design? Cute.
I remember another update on the married couple. Not long after this, they sold their place and bought a house and had a baby or two.
Love Phil
Been looking for this episode for ages. Brill! Well done to you all
Thanks for s great show

I was very surprised that they went for that cottage-style small town house, couldn't have imagined that couple in a house like that

Great show ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️♥️💛🩵🩷🧡
I was happy for all but mostly for the 2 boys.
Phil is such a babe, I adore him!

It's Ricky Gervais
I wonder if years later the couple can actually admit out loud to each other that the kitchen in the basement was a really bad idea !
It was a lovely kitchen but the staircase leading down to it, was too narrow and its ceiling felt quite low.

That Masonic place would be worth a lot more now, wouldn't it!
Are 2 guys admitting to a romantic relationship? Ive always wondered from seeing them in their first episode.

So you are a american! ………

👎👎👎 very poor visual quality. Unusual for this channel.
If the home is for that man, it's way to feminine for him. They should've had more of a fin industrial type of vibe.
"They were roommates" :P
