The ball speed on the MB‘s is incredible does that mean they could be bent stronger? I’m only saying that because of the Carrie distance i’m guessing there’s a lot of spin with these
Hi Tell, I would definitely agree. The ball speeds are great, we were using range balls here, which normally spin a bit more than usual. However, I would say you could definitely make them stronger and reduce the spin if you chose to do so.
The numbers you’re posting don’t make any sense. As an example with the 770 8 iron. You’re claiming a 108mph club head speed with a ball speed of only 129mph? That only went 174 yards?
Hi Justin, the one thing that will be accurate is the ball speed. Now with all launch monitors they are not always going to be 100% accurate. There are a few variables to take into consideration, range balls spin a lot a more, the temperature is 5 Celsius and the ball doesn't fly as far. But for testing it's the same conditions across the board for each model. Makes it a level playing field. Hope this make sense, we are always open for feedback so if there is anything we could do differently next time please let us know?
great review again.. the new irons look slick!
Thanks Kev, glad you enjoyed it. Which ones are your favourite?
@@bunkered currently play Gen-3 T model PXG, but seriously contemplating new blades for 2023, so the MB for sure.. 4HCP
