Very good video, so nice to see a "amateur" ordinay guy do it with all the little problems we all experience. My indicators have got green gunge in them so will change for LEDs knowing it's a fairly straightforward job. Many thanks !
Just fitted these to my son's car a few minutes ago after watching this video. They look so much better than the original ones. Thanks for the demonstration 👍👏
Thanks very much for the informative video my man. Nice to have people actually doing decent explanations. I was very surprised how easy it is to operate on this car!
Operation indicator successfull, the second really helpful video by you, thank you! In other videos I saw them taping and dismanteling the mirror-side, definitely not needed.
How did you get on, I was thinking you could take the indicator apart and install it inside the headlight indicator somehow. P.S although I bought from Wish, you are best getting it from Amazon as the delivery can be next day, they also have great returns policy if you decide you do not want them, heres the link: amzn.to/3DS9OH1
@@GrooveOn I bought a similar set for my son, but Teng tools. Still Swedish but they are actually better than Bahco and similar price. I usually buy Bahco as I used to live in Sweden and got used to them there.
Just faied my car test here in irelad with a clipped left inficator. Mirrr unit works fine in terms of movement. If i order those indicators, they contain the actual bulb? Sorry for silly question but i need to be sure.
Good suggestion here it is, I'll put it in the description too. Price has gone up by £4 💰 Look what I found on Wish! I'm giving you £4 off your first purchase with code: ldftwzb dl.wish.com/Mgpce
I have just fitted these but am wondering if they are legal in the UK as I thought there was a rule about DOT certification. I'm hoping they are legal as they are a massive upgrade from standard
I had to do it the mirror out way tbh, just wasn’t the give on them to do it they way you did, only thing with mine is there not totally flush,a tiny gap, hopefully the water will just run through the gap underneath would you say?
My indicator is cracked and water managed to get in. I replaced it with another indicator but its still not working. I'm not sure if it's now the connector that may have gotten water inside of it. Any ideas guys on how to fix? Thanks
I'm fitting my set now as well. I'm just wondering, should I used some silicone to seal the new indicator and make sure water doesn't get in? The OEM blinker had this black rubbery goo when I took it out.
To avoid cheaper ones on Wish and eBay, I would get on Amazon as the delivery is much quicker and good returns policy, here is the link: amzn.to/3DS9OH1
Cheers mate, just got these off ebay for £13 and just fitted them today in 5 seconds due to your vid. You're a star mate cheers 👍🏻
Just fitted mine at 4h30am this morning. Toi excited to wait til my day off to fit them. The change is radical! Love 'em
Have fun!

@GrooveOn cheers man. My mirror unit works perfectly and the glass is fine. We're talking silly prices to replace the entire unit.

Not sure which country you're in but in the UK we have an annual roadworthy test, indicators are part of that criteria and my car passed no issues

Not seen the progressive led type for the front or back
They're great but they don't come with a seal which means water gets in. I could see that one coming so made a seal for it.
Thanks for that
