Should I do this for conditioning or strength?
This would be a more conditioning based circuit. A strength circuit would consist of more plyometrics, calisthenics, weight/resistance training
Awesome, very nice video, but how much time rest between each circuit if you decide to make it 6 time for day workout complete ?
