I've stood at the edge of the stage and felt the full force of those double kicks, nearly blew my hat off. Had some Big Business to process then got some king fuzzo in my eye just before some big guy tried to take my spot at the edge of the stag. Ah, that quad drum pushing the air before his tendons couldn't keep up with my resistance. Im older now admittedly so much better for every Melvins song I've ever heard. This set is unbelievable! THANK ALL OF YOU!
First time I saw Melvin's was 1990. Saw them maybe 15 times over the years, bounced a few Olympia Wa shows... I had no Idea that id enjoy a long life back then, and I'm gonna take this fucking legendary music beyond the grave when I go. Also, the Lorax (lori, the original bassist on bullhead) needs alot of credit here.
I saw the BULLHEAD "tour" in Eugene Oregon at WOW Hall with the Lorax on bass ! still to this day the slowest , loudest , and heaviest show I have ever seen all the buzz about town was "oh Melvins are playing slow now" I swear a lot of people left in disbelief however those that stuck around had our brains melted and eardrums blown

I have only seen Melvins as 3 piece. Would have loved to have caught one of the double drummer extravaganzas.
Saw them with the big biz guys six times and it is phenomenal. Saw them with the Pinkus and Steve McDonald on double bassists tour with Helms Alee.
