[DRG Experimental] Hazard 6x2 Escort True Solo Engineer (New Stubby OC: Hyperalloy Assembly)

  • took 3 tries to have this successful run because i forgot to increase the resolution of my video on a successful run an hour ago, so here we go again.
    Exposed to 2nd cave = Easy Nitra gathering, though vartok really pressured me into quickly finding the weakpoints and take them out ASAP. That caused me to go slower on the pacing and had to defend announced swarm on the 1st stop.
    New heartstone phase is really interesting as how it executes the gameplay, it makes you force to be out of Dorreta (One claw can deal significant damage to 1 Dorreta plate, it's not a joke), and have to be on moving all the time, because if it catches you, you are pretty much dead because the imprisonment takes 3 pickaxe hits to break the terrain, and couple more to break free, bugs will be able to hit you while you're imprisoned so you are pretty deadmeat. But again, that doesn't seem to be difficult to move out of the claw range before it grabs you, because it tracks so slowly.
    The strat here is to use the downtime between the claw attack to get to Doretta and repair her.
    In team it will be more interesting because the claw will target random player, and if they aren't notice about it while being near Doretta, boom rip 1 plate or huge damage done.
    Note: 12121 is generally a better build for this stubby OC, because weakpoint bonus (base OC) and increased damage via electricity (T4B) can stack multiplicatively, gaining total of 1.625x dmg bonus vs T4A with only 1.55x (30+25 wp bonus) on weakpoint attack. Also, you can dish out more dps if you are unable to shoot the wp thanks to the T4B.
    13121 can be okay too if you can control extreme recoil. Most of the time I use T2B is to help with recoil control and gain a little more accuracy on firing longer range target than T2C with its enormous recoil and more ammo hungry for a bigger amount of DPS dishing.

    I love playing csgo in drg with that recoil. This oc is better than em rifire imo.

    Did you have to use some recoil reducer mod or is it not that hard to control because in the test it looks ridiculous

      i did not have Recoil reducer mod at all in this clear. It was T2C (+3 Fire rate)
      Yes i was managed to control the extreme recoil that it had, mostly because i have warmed up with it before.

    whgat mod are you using for that crosshiar?

      NoCrossHairButInfov5 (not available on mod.io, only in Practical DRG discord) to hide the crosshair but retains the important infos on the weapon you are using (zipline range, range of grapple, etc).
      and third party software - Hudsight, to embed the custom crosshair into the game, thought you can do that for free by using a mod called Customizable HUD and Crosshair: mod.io/g/drg/m/customizable

    This overclock is great but the stubby needs a buff cause it sucks balls in general, loki and warthog are much better weapons. It should do more damage.

      I thought warthog needed a buff here, the base weapon is pretty dulls and none of the OC is transformative in term of gameplay, even the Pump Action.
      Stubby after november 2023 maintenance update is pretty ok now, especially damage stubby build type.
      The only thing it's still bad is killing armored units, otherwise it's a great weapon in solo, more than lok-1's executioner.

      @@MoonLightOri Explosive Chemical Rounds with the Loki and Mini Shells with the Warthog. ECR with the Loki has crazy damage and Mini Shells has very good ammo economy, but every Stubby build I do has neither.
