Here is a crochet tutorial for my Slouchy Textured Beanie. This is perfect for beginner/intermediate pattern. The hat can be made "regular size hat", "less slouchy" or "more slouchy."
I used a CARON ONE POUND YARN #4 medium
I/5.5mm crochet hook
scissor and yarn needle

I just chain 4 and sl st in first st it works the same

Hi, for the round six you will stop increasing instead of making shell in each four corners just make 3dc+ch1 , then repeat round six for the remaining rounds until you reach your desire length then continue for the brim
