It can actually ruin an establishment. They could be a hole in the wall serving 200 per day, now has 9,000 people wanting to visit, giving poor reviews for wait times, being out of food, etc. It was extremely respectful of Bill. I'd bet they spoke afterwards about whether or not the business could handle a shout-out. Bill seems like the kind of guy to be happy to help you so better in life.

Bill Burr and Jennifer Lawrence are my two favorite guests on this show. Both are hilarious but in totally different ways. He gets angry at everyone (mostly himself) she starts crying (but keeps eating). Both legends.

Now I'm going to ruin a perfectly good joke by pointing out that turtles are primarily aquatic animals that don't normally feed on land or venture inland enough to come across jalapeños, you're thinking of tortoises, and regardless some studies have shown that capsaicin doesn't actually work on reptiles and birds so to them a jalapeño just tastes like a bell pepper.
