Hi Silas The car with the D is a Daimler DS420 limousine. The UK Royal Family used to use them and they are also used in the UK for weddings and funeral limousines. They also made a DS420 hearse.
I have a picture somewhere of a nice one of these that came into the shop I worked in upstate NY and yes it had the Grey Pupon mustard in the liquor cabinet in the back. Car had some unusual updraft carbs that were quite problematic
16:21 Silas, that 4 door even as crusty as it seems is worth an easy $4k because almost 85% of the parts are available and it can have a brand new complete floorboard installed, if it became road worthy value on it is between $22 and $30K and thats no lie.
If I wasn't flat broke and crippled up, I would need a lot of land to put all the cars I would want to save. Most of what you have shown are way better than the ones available up here in the rust belt
IT'S TRUE! You just demonstrated it. The vehicles that you have you seen them every day for awhile. But yet when you go through this man's yard he's spending time to show him a fair amount detail quite a few of the cars. The difference is that it is more fun to look at other people's stuff than what you've already looked at daily
23:19 You're right Silas! I remember Puddin's Fab Shop featuring the green Chevy on his channel! He too got it running! I'm sure he'd love all those Datsuns & Internationals!
I find myself mostly liking '70's stuff now, sometimes even early 80's; and I think everyone is crushing them since the classic yards keep mostly 50's stuff while the commercial yards keep late model, meaning mostly 2010 and newer. Even Ford Freestyle is in the crush zone now.
Reminds me of taggiong along with my Grand Daddy. He would be looking for workable parts for repairs. I wpold be his parts carrier that he gathered. I would catch it from my Mom and he would get the eye. Good times. another reason I watch your channel.
That,s a 1959 T-Bird that arrow on the door , the grill on a 58 is honey comb .I want to see your 58 or 59 when you get it. Thanks for the look around of old cars.
Lots of awesome stuff! Some of those are definitely buildable! That Corvair is a '66 or '67 sport sedan (4 door hardtop!) If it's a '67 there's some one year only sedan parts! Lots of awesome iron! Glad to see some of those Cadillacs are quite stripped out. Funny cause I did recognize some of the stuff from your place! Great junkyard video!
The Pacer wagons are less common and I like them much better, so if there are others like me, which I don't know, then they have more potential. Not being able to get the valve covers off the inline six engines might be a deal breaker though. My total favorites are the Datsun 610 wagon, on which the 620 pickup is based, and the F10 wagon, but I love Pinto wagons too.
@@patdesrosiers6423 I like Hornet wagons too and VW engine Gremlins, but it's a shame AMC didn't have a smaller engine for the Gremlin or a higher geared transmission.
i wanted to buy a car you had. but that was right at the end of November and with xmas right around the corner i was trying to squeeze the funds + shipping to get it to NYS, i just couldn't afford the shipping aspect of it. i really hope that car didn't get chopped up or crushed, it was so damn cool looking. who knows maybe ill email when taxes roll in hopefully ya horded it away, i remember you saying you would chop the nose and rear off for art and stuff but man i really hope it survived. i think you told me like 1500-1600 but then shipping was kicking my butt cause everyone wanted another 2-3 grand on top of it, but gosh i wanted that car
Hiya my friend I'm in the UK the black car TBR205R was a coach built Daimler would of been used as a funeral car here in the UK or as you guy's call them a limo, almost identical to a Jaguar ❤️
Oddly out of all those classics I’m hoping someone saves the Checker wagon, would make a great family cruiser with the 350ci and a TH400. Put in a nice interior, uprate the suspension, wider wheels and tyres and you’d have an unusual mild custom for well under $20k.
Wow , just Wow. You wouldn't believe the rust buckets that get restored here in upper Michigan. He needs to put a dozen or so of these on Auto Trader each and every week. Should be a good income stream for the yard. Let buyer decide shipping.
Wow to bad. Maybe putting them on ebay where there is a contract not just a desire. If I had Jay Lenos money I'd take a few dozen of them. As is I baerly afford the ones I have. Sure would of saved a lot of work on one of those lightly corroded cars.@@AdventuresMadeFromScratch
It’s definitely a niche vehicle. The AMC folks are like us rat rodders. People wonder why they are into that but if they have to ask they’ll never understand
wow british license plate! at 4:02 never thought i would see that! 1976 daimler last taxed in uk 1987 then exported over the pond normally these where used as herses
Man I need to come over to the states and buy an old Datsun or Toyota pickup, the more I see ones like those the more I want one. We got next to none here in the uk so I’d have to import one from the us, definitely an adventure for the near future
Yes - he has some very Cool Stuff indeed - it was worth the Trip to see his Place - wow ! Nice Free Hood Ornament - nice ! Great walking through soooooooooooo many old Cars - he got a Neat Place ! I love the old Vespa's and I have a 1955 Plastic Vespa Collecteble Toy - loving it ! Hey - Silas - this was a very Special Video ! Cheers from Australia !!!!
the big black car is a daimler ,by the time that one was made they were part of jaguar, which is what the other black car was the vespa could b worth quite a bit depending on year and model even as bad as it was
The Jaguar Daimler DS420 Limousine (3:52). Used for royalty in Britain. It appears that they were produced by Jaguar from 1968 to 1992. And that car at (5:26) MIGHT be a Jaguar Daimler DR450. It came out after the DS420, but I don't know if it replaced it.
Its a Daimler, like in chrysler/damler they have them in england, real cool vidios, keep up the great shows,i hate to see any cars get crushed but when they are that rotten like some of the old 4 dr cars that yo u had several of them, where i live in upstate new york i have seen close to 10 junkyards go out of bussiness probably more in the last 30 years, its getting to the point that the only things that a junkyard will have is the remains of a F350 that caugt fire nothing butt a frame steering wheel and maybe half an engine, aluminunum doord fenders all modules that you have no way to test them to see if they are any good,if a car gets into an accident and gets damaged enough that the engine cant be started to see if its any good, things like that,i sadly sit back and watch the stuff i used to really enjoy going away and when they are gone THEY ARE GONE.

The big black car is a Daimler , they were coach built in Great Britain . Originally part of Daimler Benz . Hope this helps my friend across the pond.
Uk reg 1976
Thanks, I thought it was an older Jaguar model
Often seen as funeral and wedding cars, but the Royal family had a couple of them too.
Thank you, I couldn't find it.

I wish I could save them all! These are only around once. When they are gone they are gone forever...we will never see cars like this again. So sad..
The Squarebird is a ‘59. The ‘58 has a honeycomb grille. The ‘59 has horizontal bars.
If I wasn't flat broke and crippled up, I would need a lot of land to put all the cars I would want to save. Most of what you have shown are way better than the ones available up here in the rust belt
Lots of memories in these kinds of junkyards. Vehicles of decades gone by.
Love strolling thru old junkyards like this one. Thanks for sharing and congrats on getting even closer to 110K subscribers!

THERE WAS QUITE A FEW GREAT CARS AT THAT JUNK YARD. GREAT CONTENT GOD BLESS ALL
This was a great trip Silas, a lot of cool old vehicles!!
Silas, you need to go into a different business & stop crushing older vehicles !!!!😡
At one time just West of Skiatook, OK there was a pasture that contained nearly 100 Plymouth Barracuda's.
Fantastic video. And the blue DeSoto Suburban was simply awesome.
That was a great adventure. The '68 Plymouth Fury and crewcab Dodge were a great find. 👍👍👍👍
Yeah Puddin does a lot of business with this guy
I'm drooling over the vintage International pickup at the beginning of the line at 19:20.
Very enjoyable video!
D for Daimler (Princess)
The Datsun pickups and the Pinto wagon came from Puddin's Fab Shop.
This looks like the same junkyard I seen on the Puddin Fab Shop channel.
The problem with salvage yards in the woods are the ticks.
Can't wait to see the crushing video. Bring it on!

Thank you for posting the video. I reached out to them, hoping to find parts for my 63 Lemans.
The Daimler still with it's UK plate, not been taxed since 1987
I checked that too! I'm not sure if you can do the same in the USA with registration tags
That,s a 1959 T-Bird that arrow on the door , the grill on a 58 is honey comb .I want to see your 58 or 59 when you get it. Thanks for the look around of old cars.
I hope someone saves that powerglide you showed at the end. Looks fabulous.
I cannot believe you actually have a commer van
That is amazing they sent those pieces of just from England 😂😂
I saw a Triumph Spitfire near the end too.
Lots of awesome stuff! Some of those are definitely buildable! That Corvair is a '66 or '67 sport sedan (4 door hardtop!) If it's a '67 there's some one year only sedan parts! Lots of awesome iron! Puddin from Puddins Fab Shop loves that yard!
Puddin has never been there. Your thinking about Mr goodpliers 🎉
@TiffanySmith-ed2lj nice try hun
That 64 chevy wagon just before that Daimler came from Puddin's...
Also, that green impala towards the end, just before that beautiful 63-64 Bel Air, Puddin and Slick did a will it run on it.
@@number7__879 who asked you bud?

People we know in south Denver have a Pacer wagon. They are AMC fans and just put up Rambler Rebel
@@patdesrosiers6423 I like Hornet wagons too and VW engine Gremlins, but it's a shame AMC didn't have a smaller engine for the Gremlin or a higher geared transmission.
That station wagon toward the end was cool.
That mystery car, Daimler is funky looking car.
thanks for taking me along on your latest adventure
This puddins fab shops home yard..he has gotten quite a few of these running

thanks for the tour sir.
The Daimler is a very popular car with in banger racing in the uk, I guess because we had quite a few and we’re once very expensive

Green Scout ll at 13:15 in video at your buddies place is worth some money. Hope it doesn't get crushed!!
A lot of diamonds in the rough
Your about to hit that 100k congrats buddy
Liked that Edsel in the beginning.
one of puddin's main spots, yall should do a collab
Nice to you to get your friend's name out there. And a lot of cool stuff
Alot of cool cars and trucks in there.
There is more to it than money. Here in Oklahoma county any old car that is complete gets one a citation from the county.
I like the green lawn 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😂
COOL!.... MERRY XMAS!
The Courier was a 54. Thanx 4 sharing.
Fun trip. Thanks for the entertainment!

Many of his are for sale already. Unfortunately everyone says they want to buy a car but then they don’t when they’re available 😞

Saw a few Falcons! I have a soft spot for them.
Another great video!
The jag is ether a mk 7 or 8 or 9 from the 1950s
24:09 the white convertible looks like it could be a British 1970's Jensen Healey
The big black car with a D on steering wheel is a Daimler early 70's.
Awesome always cool stuff always thanks 😎
Oh no….don’t crush the pacer wagon its an icon (sort of)😀
It’s definitely a niche vehicle. The AMC folks are like us rat rodders. People wonder why they are into that but if they have to ask they’ll never understand
Very KOOL Yard Silas
Save the 59-62 Buicks!!!!!
1:27 Nice interior and it's not a landau, you should've had your trailer with you.
10:13 1970
Stayin tuned! 🤠👍
Also, at 22:40, behind a white Ford pick-up was a Borgward, possibly an Isabella. Rare in the states.
the car you were wondering what it is, is a Daimler DS420 basically a Jaguar
Be careful Puddin might come after you
wow british license plate! at 4:02 never thought i would see that! 1976 daimler last taxed in uk 1987 then exported over the pond normally these where used as herses

That red Bel Air, you could even buff out the paint.
That's a great yard
Problem is, it's to far for me to get a car. Love you videos.....😊

I wish you would show more of the 30's cars.
22:38 Borgward Isabella coupe.
❤ thanks I miss those days....
It’s a Daimler
Have a Vanderbrink Auction, hate to see the antiques get destroyed. They will never make them again. Yes, Black car is an English Daimler.
That’s the last company I’d ever have do an auction after the way they treated me 😞
I need rear fenders for a 1950 studebaker 😍
Man so many awesome cars
I dont know if yu have heard about this place it is in Iowa called the Scout connection they deal with International trucks and scouts
It says classics on the sign but it looks like he has many modern cars too.
And save the bed and rear portion of frame for a trailer off of the white Dodge crew cab 😂🤷🏻♂️
To bad you didn't run into Puddin from Puddin's Fab Shop....
It's just a big jaguar a limousine 4200cc engine great for banger racing or what you call demolition Derby and I just saw a datsun 280c as well
that would make a cool ratrod moped scooter.
