Mini Egg Cake with Piping // Easter Cake

Drawing inspiration from Cadbury's infamous and oh-so-delicious Mini Eggs I'll show you how to pipe this fun pastel buttercream cake! Whether you're celebrating Easter or just the beginning of the Spring season, this cake is sure to impress. We'll use a variety of piping tips including ruffles, stars and rounds with different techniques to bring this look together. After we've piped the adorable buttercream flowers and frilly ruffles we'll top it all off with crunchy chocolate Mini Eggs.

Oooo, that’s a hard question… I would have to say I am team Cadbury mini eggs! Not the crème ones, which are way too sweet! So sweet they actually hurt my teeth just by looking at them 😂 Since I started using Callebaut for all my chocolate needs, I realized that the milk chocolate Easter bunnies we would get in our baskets every year were the 823 recipe. I thought it was a fantastic discovery until my bathroom scale revealed that truth to me, lol! I am looking forward to the wedding cake challenge class coming up 😊 It should be so much fun ❤
