Today we have a great homemade garlic butter
This is a recipe for Garlic Butter Bread.
I can't get over the savory aroma that wafts through the air even as it is baking... ♥

■Garlic butter
100g unsalted butter
10g grated garlic
2g salt
parsley
■Bread
240g bread flour
25g sugar
5g salt
5g instant dry yeast
130g cold water
20g unsalted butter

I love garlic bread! These look delicious though and seeing the hold in the middle when the bread is opened, just looks like it’d go great with some meat stuffed in there. You all stay safe, happy, healthy and of course lovely as always. 💛

発酵する環境…と言うか、温度とか場所って何処らへんがいいんですか?
あと、電子レンジ?で50分〜1時間発酵する時、電子レンジは何度に設定するとかあるんですか?
レンジの発酵機能を使っていると思われます!無い場合は、この夏場なら窓辺に置くだけで充分だと思われます^^

You make it look so easy. I'm wondering why you didn't mix the butter in with the dry ingredients instead of half way through kneading. I don't know if I'll ever be able to get my dough that smooth.
You just have to knead a lot and a lot ! Took me about 30min in total (so the before/after the butter) to reach that smoothness and consistency. Kneading a lot will also help the bread grow so make sure to do it enough :)
How cold should the water be? Closer to freezing or?? 2C or maybe 19C? Thanks.

焼いた後、バターの海になりました。個人的には、ガーリックバターの分量は、半分くらいで良かったかなと思いました。
