It’s a whole thing, we wear fancy hats (which I collect) and if it’s warm outside we eat on our porch. Lol! It’s so fun! I’m hoping she never outgrows it.

Your triangle are not enough long, pull the triangle dough with your hands a few time it will be long enough then and make a little cut in the center of the larger top of the triangle, before rolling the croissant, by doing this it will enlarge the croissant. Another thing, brush with egg wash 2 times, first before rising and second time before cooking. You will see the difference, just like the pastry shop!
