Vanilla beans
100ml heavy cream
8g cane sugar

55g cake flour
85g water
50g unsalted butter
1g salt
15g slice almonds

I made these, I’ve never seen anyone make puff pastry in that way. It was very easy- and they looked just as amazing as the ones in the video did! Though mine turned quite a bit smaller.

さっそく今日このレシピで初めてシュークリーム挑戦してみました！
初めてで不安だったけど生地がムクムク膨らんでくれてしぼむこともなく、クリームも美味しかったです🥰💕
あとアーモンドスライスちょっと余ってたのでちょうど良かった！アーモンドが良いアクセントになってこれまた美味しかったです🤤🤤🤤💕

I made some yesterday
It came out same as in the video
It was pretty good
The only thing is in the creme diplomate there's cake flour and we can feel it while eating and I personally think it's better without
(I searched some recipes of creme diplomate and none of them added cake flour so I wonder why she added that but it might be just personal preference)
