Here's a suggestion for you to get a 'crisp' corner when using foam. ** before you sew on the decorative strip (optional step), but after sewing the 1st side seam - top stitch at all 4 corners, a straight line from the top edge (@ 90deg) to the inside corner of each corner cut-out. This places a permanent fold line where you want it. 😊get
I sometimes increase my seam allowance on my linings to adjust the bulk of the outer fabric. I just increase by an 1/8th inch on my side seams, and sometimes the bottom, depending on how thick the outer pieces are.😊
