That would be a great idea for piecing a backing too! Thanks, Kimberly!❤
Great idea 💡
Wow. This is great. Time to pull out those beautiful fat quarters I’m saving.
Very cool! I'm thinking I could probably cut that large square with two fabrics in half, much like you did with the first square of fabric, sew those two sections together and end up with a sort of wonky large four patch. It might be a bit smaller and take a bit longer, but it would still look cool and be fairly straightforward. Thanks very much for all the ideas!
Great idea!!
That’s what I was thinking.
This is great for those beautiful fabrics that you really don't want to cut down because they're so pretty on their own! Great easy pattern. Thanks 🩷
I’m thinking this might just be a backing VERY soon. Now I can use both sides of the quilt ♥️
That’s a great idea!
Love, love love it! Sometimes you just don't want to cut that beauty fabric. One time is enough.❤❤❤
Love the simplicity of this fun looking quilt. Thanks for sharing! 💜
I love this. Quick and easy.
Hi Kimberley. I really like that you will once in a while, do an easy quilt for those of us less skilled in quilting or even for those of us who don’t have a lot of room in which to do a fancier quilt. Thank you.
This hits it out of the park for what to do with a bunch of orphan fat quarters that good together. FQS, you inspire me!
Love this pattern! Thanks Kimberly
Oh my goodness, I love this idea. I’m just making my first ever quilt and really want to make this next!
Wow ! This has to be the fastest quilt ever. Thank you Kimberley 😊
Going to try this one for sure! Thanks
Love these easy quilt ideas. Would have loved to see the finished quilt at the end with backing and binding to see the whole design put together.
Me too.
Kimberly, you are amazing and so customer oriented. I want to compliment you on your customer service staff. I was very disappointed that I was unable to get the April Sew Sampler box. There was a mixup. At first I couldn’t get into your site and then when I finally did, they said they just closed off and I should call to see if there any left I called every day for a while and then when your agents told me to wait until the 10th. Then I saw on Tammy Ernest. That you were sold out so I called right away. I was told you were out, but someone checked and rechecked until they found me and April box and I ordered it immediately to go along with my subscription. I’m very excited and anxious to get it. Thank you so much for hiring good people and doing so much for your customers.
Nice big quilt blocks. The bigger the better I bet. You could do the same sort of thing with a layer cake.
Looks fun for large prints you don't want to cut up. Thank you.
I have so many fat quarters left over from various collections. Such a fun pattern Thanks
Awesome idea!

Hi Kimberly and crew. That's a cool quilt it would make a great baby quilt or just keep adding to it to make whatever size one would want. Thanks for sharing
What fun! Thank you, Kimberly, you rock!
I made this with a layer cake right after this video. It turned out great,
How many inches did you come in from the corner?
Thank you, I like it ❤️
I love this but once the square is made I would turn it and do the whole thing over. Cut it again and see what I get. I think I may try this with one square and even do three times?
I needed this so badly!!! Thank you!! I’m trying to destash currently 🙏🏼💖🙌🏻
