First time I see a heavy guy on these vids. Great. Also refreshing to see somebody that is not performing in perfect form, reminds me what my exercises looked like a year ago 😊 Great job guys
people dont know but this high intensity workout builds muscle so much faster than high volume/sets workout. because everytime u do it ull know that effort needs to be made when pushing that next last reps at the end of the workout and ull continue doing so everytime ur body adapt to the high reps workout thus ensuring that u re not doing repetitive exercise that only maintain and not building muscle to get bigger. with high volume/sets workout ull just get that extra rest than the needed extra efforts. remember guys muscle get bigger faster especially thru that extra last reps that u push to do it with that grinning teeth and veins pumping thru ur neck. speaking from experience of course ;). 15 years of training and 7 months into doing the high intensity workout gives so much noticeable gains in less time.
Hey I’m 18 years old and have some belly and chest fat. I am able to complete 3 rounds of this with a few extra seconds of rest here and there. How many times a week should I do it and is it ok if I run for like 20-30 mins alongside this?
