    • @datoneaznboy
      @datoneaznboy 4 роки тому +36

      E P lol if you keep focusing on other people success, you won’t have time to focus on your own. Comparing yourself to others who is already fit is like comparing a professional athlete to a high school athlete. Professional athlete have been on the journey longer than someone in high school. Plus, comparing other people sucesss is the quickest way to demotivate yourself. Motivation is an emotion that comes and go. If you want to always stay motivated, you have to take massive action consistently ignoring all your negative emotion that arises (and there will be plenty of negative thoughts]. When you see your result, that is what going to move you forward, not looking at other people people journey. Results comes from action and habits, not from an emotion.

    Update: it’s been 8 months and I’ve been doing these on and off due to injuries. However I do recall be able to due 3 full rounds after 3-4 weeks of doing them. Currently I have been doing this exercise once every two days. I really recommend giving it a tree because it’s improve almost every aspect of my physical capabilities.

    Hey Stefan! Great video! Thanks for the video! A little bit of constructive feedback: I like to hear more specifics or just some details during the exercise
    But that’s just my personal opinion. Chris is sometimes saying things that don’t matter because they’re obvious but it just gives me something to hear that little detail because i focus even more and I enjoy listening to it. I repeat the video 2-4 times because it just transfers Chris to my living room and I am not getting bored of it. It’s actually really exciting for me, my friends and my girlfriend. We sometimes make fun of it by saying it just like Chris. Chris: “remember guys, squeeeeeeeeze” “whooooaaaaa” “aaaaa-aaaalright”
    That’s just me/us.
    Great video! Thankyou thankyou thankyou

    people dont know but this high intensity workout builds muscle so much faster than high volume/sets workout. because everytime u do it ull know that effort needs to be made when pushing that next last reps at the end of the workout and ull continue doing so everytime ur body adapt to the high reps workout thus ensuring that u re not doing repetitive exercise that only maintain and not building muscle to get bigger. with high volume/sets workout ull just get that extra rest than the needed extra efforts. remember guys muscle get bigger faster especially thru that extra last reps that u push to do it with that grinning teeth and veins pumping thru ur neck. speaking from experience of course ;). 15 years of training and 7 months into doing the high intensity workout gives so much noticeable gains in less time.

      Hey I’m 18 years old and have some belly and chest fat. I am able to complete 3 rounds of this with a few extra seconds of rest here and there. How many times a week should I do it and is it ok if I run for like 20-30 mins alongside this?

    • @troy8063
      @troy8063 4 роки тому

      @@aaroncyrilfrancis1974 3-4 times a week should do it. just dont overtrain, sleep and eat well. also include eccentric exercises to burn fat and build muscle faster. for example when going down during a push up control ur movement meaning go down slowly.

    • @guyjaa
      @guyjaa 5 років тому +5

      Aryan Chand press ups, squats, sit ups, pull ups and burpees are all you need to get started. Prisoners get absolutely massive with nothing but pull up bars to work out on :)

    • @vish3670
      @vish3670 5 років тому +1

      @@guyjaa crunches are better than sit-ups because the 2nd half portion of the situp is done by hip flexors and not the abs. But they should be done only 2-3 times a week because they involve a lot of spine movement other exercises you mentioned are very good.
      Btw which is the hardest exercise you can do?

    • @guyjaa
      @guyjaa 5 років тому +2

      @@vish3670 Yh crunches are better for directly targeting abs I agree. But to start, it's better to focus on training compound movements as opposed to training individual muscles imo since the goal is whole body fitness/strengh . I don't rly do bodyweight stuff that much personally. I prefer to do more barbell-focussed strength training :)
