I'm not a pro but the Lateral raises part seems not right for me, raising above the shoulder seems increase the pressure on shoulder and increase the potential risk of hurting shoulder. Not sure. Anyone could answer this for me? Great thanks!

I'm an introvert and I don't like going to the gym because I don't like the smell also the noises. Thanks to your videos I can workout in a more pleasant environment ( back at my garden ) with a meditation music and still get in shape. Also I really like the way you support more natural take to work out exercises and not promoting or selling proteins and functional foods on the website ( in my opinion we should take natural food and have a balance diet instead of taking whey ect. to our body ). Thank you for your work and I will support you on all the streams you have for more inspiration!
Hi Chris, due to chronic lower back injury for 20 over years, I was advised to strengthen my lower back by my physician. this video is very timely boon for me. Thank you very much! It is so much easier with the bands now, and I am able to feel the difference in just these couple of days. Will keep going at it for a while before i go back to using my free weights (cold storage for 20 years). I gave up weight training for the past 2 decades due to a workplace injury. After 3 months I again started workout , I wanted to do everything properly so I searched and searched and found this channel. I did everything thing to get back in shape and in 3 weeks my six pack abs were now visible, I was again able to do handstand, pistol squats, and explosive pushups. Yeah tgey are good for accessorie training and you can build some muscle with them when youre a beginner. But to use them exclusively to bodybuild....no lol.

I've quit the gym years ago and was exercising at home with minimal equipment. I prefer frequent, low impact exercise. It keeps me fit and injury free. We temporarily moved out of the city due to covid and have been working remotely 6 months now and I couldn't take my equipment with me so I bought a rubber band instead. It's so easy to do a full upper body workout in a few minutes and then cycle for cardio. I'm never going back to weights...
I have to say this is a game changing workout for me... After coming back from a rotator cuff surgery Ive wanted a way to workout without weights. This is awesome and Im gonna make this a weekly routine along with yoga and stretching. Thanks for this

To the reader of this comment I want you to never give up. You CAN do it. It’s not going. To be easy, you will have many days where you want to quit but never give in. When you have a day where you do give in which is very common don’t see it as a defeat, it’s the very opposite. You have achieved a victory by getting to a point we all have to go to yet so many people never have never gotten there. Many people never even start working out, so just by getting to that one stage you achieved a victory on the road you are on. Continue on and you achieve another victory, you have just passed a milestone few people pass. And each time this happens is another milestone. How many people keep the workout going long enough where they even have the choice of stoping again or moving on. EVERY single day is a victory on the march to your goal and every step proves you CAN do it. The Lord loves you my brothers and sister, God Bless

I'm an 85 year old male who has always avoided "workout" type exercising. I've just started with resistance bands to increase my flexibility, strength and balance. Most exercise videos on UA-cam are like yours... young, strong and healthy with bodies that won't quit. How about a set of simple, but effective "workouts" for people like me... old, weak and dealing with bodies that WANT to quit?.

Proud owner all of the resistance bands from Thenx! I’ve completely transformed my body from home. I used to use subpar resistance bands, and never really felt a burn or saw any gain or tone. @@proofaqw and it can build muscle and being bulky is more of a diet related subject than a workout thing so with that logic in mind you can get bulky with bands but you'll have to change your diet around personally I find it useless to be bulky in my case but people can do whatever they want don't care.

@@shermigz You wont build muscle very quickly and hit a plateau too fast with just bands. Not saying they aren't useful but you cant replace iron.
@@gmann8659 Resistance bands can go up to any weights you want them to be. Try lifting with a 50 kg resistance band and say that again.

Proud owner all of the resistance bands from Thenx! I’ve completely transformed my body from home. I used to use subpar resistance bands, and never really felt a burn or saw any gain or tone. Within a month of using Thenx I’ve seen results, and leave a workout feeling sore. 10/10 would def recommend 💪🏻

I love resistance bands, I sometimes bring mine to work if I am sitting around too much so I can do bicep curls.

@@Ou2s yes resistance band will help you tone your muscle but you cant bulk your muscles with bands. If your target is just to have lean muscle then its good

@@proofaqw and it can build muscle and being bulky is more of a diet related subject than a workout thing so with that logic in mind you can get bulky with bands but you'll have to change your diet around personally I find it useless to be bulky in my case but people can do whatever they want don't care.
