I know these Mixmaster videos were made a few years ago and you have moved on but I wanted to thank you for all the work to make the videos and for sharing your knowledge. I am sure it will help people wanting to get their old mixer running for many years to come 😊 All the best, Norm in Arizona
I just dug out my grandmothers model 11. It works but needs some love. This video gives me confidence to take apart and clean what I can (not an electrician) thank you!
I had the same governor problem on my spare 12... Bent governor spring indeed, tweaked back in shape with a screwdriver... I also sanded the contacts to clean them up a bit and now it works as smoothly as my 'good' 12 :-)
Great to see the full disassembly and reassembly and the diagnostics. Thanks Rick👍. Can we see one showing the cleaning, degreasing and polishing of the parts?
Hi there , my wife has inherited a model 2346 that she loved. It has sentimental reasons for her to keep. However she don’t use often but the beaters don’t work all the time. My question would be fix or shelf decoration ? Are you a repair shop ? Can I send to you for repairs ?
Hi Mike! I am sorry, I dont do repairs anymore. Im not sure which model the 2346 is, it may be a newer model than the ones I have worked on. I do have a list of other repairers and restorers on my facebook page vintage mixers and more, under "Notes" with some people you can contact to inquire about your wifes mixer. I honestly dont know how repairable that model is myself, as I have no experience with it. Good luck, and thanks!

I will try to get one out with that when I can! Thanks!
Your camera turned off just at the point I had a question about. How much grease do I put in the grease pit?
I’ve got one just like this and I’m wondering where can I get the brushes from? One is more worn than the other.
Which Lucas product did you say you used to grease the inside? Thanks
where can I get the resistor and capacitor? how do you check the capacitor?

Do people ship mixer to you for repair? How much do you charge for repairs?
yes sir, check the link in the description for a price list. :)
Where is the link located for a price list?
How exactly do you clean the parts?
If I am just doing a service or maintenance on a machine, then I just use dish soap and water, to protect the finish.
