    Did this just the other day doing pec deck flies and it was CRAZY how much of a difference in how I could feel the muscle and the pump from it.

    Hot, hot, hot, Mike you are so hot😍 I did your leg workout this morning FFB and I'm feeling great. My day is about to get much easier after watching this new video, it has surely put a smile on my face.     I started using 3 ten pound plates on a standing press with my elbows in as I raise the plates and it completely changed my inner chest. 🤷... Everything else you say I use except that.

    Great video! For the standard/wide grip chest press machines, what hand position is recommended (i.e. how far outside shoulder width)

    About the close grip dumbbells press is not a good exercise for chest ? I see but there is a lot of pro's and great bodybuilding coaches who believe that is a very good way to work your chest Charles glass aka GOB who worked with MR O champions and legends in industry also Hany Rombod a very wise man use this exercise with his athletes ! There is not such a good and bad exercise listen to your body and find the proper exercises and programs for you do not copy everything you see on Instagram and youtube .

      They are coaching guys who could do the exercises completely wrong and still grow it’s genetics it’s more impressive to someone with not that great genetics grow
