I started using 3 ten pound plates on a standing press with my elbows in as I raise the plates and it completely changed my inner chest. 🤷... Everything else you say I use except that.
About the close grip dumbbells press is not a good exercise for chest ? I see but there is a lot of pro's and great bodybuilding coaches who believe that is a very good way to work your chest Charles glass aka GOB who worked with MR O champions and legends in industry also Hany Rombod a very wise man use this exercise with his athletes ! There is not such a good and bad exercise listen to your body and find the proper exercises and programs for you do not copy everything you see on Instagram and youtube .
They are coaching guys who could do the exercises completely wrong and still grow it’s genetics it’s more impressive to someone with not that great genetics grow

I’ve been watching his videos for the past few weeks and I noticed he uses the same type monkey paw grip on everything. Have to try this.
