Been training for 10+ years, recently starting viewing your training vids and incorporating your knowledge into my workout. Left my ego at the door, dropped some of the weight and really started focusing on retraching myself the on the mind, muscle connection through PROPER execution of each exercise. So thank you for reminding me that it’s not necessarily the weight, but how you perform the excersise. Keep up the great work and look forward to more videos👍

And I have to say a lot of the work that you have on your videos I'm liking them a lot because I'm feeling a better pump on my body and muscles when I'm at the gym and one thing that I noticed on your video is that I'm not the only one I also move my head when I'm bench pressing or doing certain exercise it does help me with my movement and extra stretch on my muscles I'm better performance 👍

Mike gives so much info on cues mixed with ranting. So trying to absorb all of what he’s saying and meaning I’ve literally started watching all the cue/setup content then move to one of these to watch him deliver those cues to someone 😂

Mike, I have literally had to stop working chest, as almost EVERY movement causes pain, feel it right on the tendon between chest and shoulder, right in the armpit, both sides. Any idea what I can do to help with the pain and get back to chest
