Remember that Omnipotence also took a bite out of the moon in his episode. Something to tide him over. As I recall, they kept that bit of continuity as well, every time we saw the moon after that, it had the CHA and a bit bite mark. If the show had gone on another season, who knows what new disfigurement might have struck poor Luna?

In the case of Chippendale, it's mostly because of the voice actor: Tony Jay. Jay is one of my favorites, and he's freaking hysterical...mostly because he takes the role relatively seriously. Chippendale almost feels like a character from the 60s series or old Silver Age comics; part of the humor is that such a ludicrous concept is treated in a relatively straight(chair)faced way. Honestly I am a big fan of the show, el seed is one of my favorite’s I mean, he’s a flower-headed humanoid plant extremist with a Spanish accent who wear a green matador outfit, and has two female sidekicks named the bee twins, Ed Gilbert delivers every line perfectly in my book. I think he appeared three times on the show.
If you ever feel like reviewing villains from 1990s cartoons again, might I suggest The Mask the animated series. I can't help but feel like that show and it's villains are underated and almost to the point of being forgotten. Please review them. Besides, Tim Curry is the highlight on that show.

The idea of an old supervillain who hasn't appeared in ages suddenly returning out of nowhere during the 90s isn't that far fetched. Now, them doing it without a terrible new costume that's just eighty percent shoulders pads and having had a total shift in personality? THAT's far fetched.
The majority of Justice Society villains seem to do it. Vandal Savage was basically the same character he's always been. And the Gentleman Ghost too, for that matter. On an unrelated note, anyone want to see the Ghost in a potential Hawkman movie?

I find the The Deadly Bulb as a great role model for up and coming supervillain's with deformities. He could have easily become a pig theme supervillain and have his leg pig as his sidekick, but he choose something that he felt was right for him. Remember people, be like the Deadly Bulb, don't let your deformities dictate your life, become the supervillain that YOU want to be.
But his pig leg saves his life. This causes him to realize his leg has been his best friend all his life and thus he apologizes to his pig leg for treating him badly and shunning him. He then decides to embrace his deformity and changes his name to pig leg.
The Tick videos? Damn! That was one of my all-time favourite shows. I always watched it when I was in my early teens. Do you think there is enough material to make videos on the individual characters themselves?

Both the same series, mate. Granted, given how many fanfictions I could write on the subject, that would be something I'd be in favour of. Decent percentage of them are fairly sympathetic, so there's that angle that Rogues likes... Couple of them are clear spoofs on villains with silly gimmicks, take Mr Pigeon or the upcoming Queen Banana (yes, that's a thing) for example...
