Why is the judge so dismissive of the guys doubt and concerns in the 2nd case

1st case - The new girlfriend needs to go get her someone who can treat her better! She's too good for this guy. And, I mean this as a compliment to her.
3rd case - The Dad is a true man! He figured out what kind of a relationship he got himself into & dealt with it in a polite manner without causing any drama or problems. And, in the end, came out the winner in a very gracious manner. I hope he can get custody of his son. If the child's raising is left up to his Mom, no telling what kind of life he'll have.

that boy in the second case needs to be rescued from himself.
2nd case - the judge was being to harsh on the guy he clearly isn’t a extrovert and isn’t comfortable talking about the conversation. He clearly had reason to be doubtful and the reasons he was giving was completely understandable. He was doubtful cause he seen her speaking sexually to other guys.
What more does he need to say. She admitted to sleeping with his friend and with some guy at a party
Judge was wrong in case 2. Mr Kisner was devastated during and after. The girl clearly knew he wasn’t the father. Mr Kisner run.
The judge owes that young man an apology.

2nd Case: she knew there was a high chance he wasnt the dad. When the judge was reading the results she was so scared and taking a deep breath. All that confidence she had saying all those lies went right out the window.

That last story was nuts. The poor child is going to grow up messed up. Calling two different men "daddy". Then the mother has a husband and two boyfriends then smirking like that's something to be proud of. Those people are not responsible, mature adults. Smh.
Case 2) my heart breaks for that young man, I hope he got out of there. At 19 years old, he has his entire life in front of him and he needs out of that situation! Every time he opened his mouth, the grandmother would talk over him, put words in his mouth and not allow him to complete a thought. Judge was not fair to him and that grandmother was a big reason.
I’m not sure what the judge was looking for because in my opinion he presented Plenty of evidence or reasons as to why he had doubt!!! PLENTY!

Its always sooo extremely embarrassing when poc act like brown babies come in one shade. Like you dont know how genetics works but you making babies. It doesn't take a genuis to say two people of the same color can make a completely different shade of child. Both my parents are darker then me, sooo what?? 😂
The white lady in the second case tried to say the other guy couldn't be the father because they both have blonde hair and blue eyes. It's not a race thing, believe me.

Case 2: why is the grandmother working two 40 hour jobs? What’s her husband doing? Why isn’t Ashley working a 40 hour job? Why isn’t the guy working a full time or two or more part-time jobs? And no, though the child is a brunette, he isn’t a convincing physical matchup to dad or mom.
Maybe the husband is. Or maybe he's disabled. Or maybe one of their children is disabled/has additional needs and he is their carer. Maybe it's just cheaper for him to be a stay-at-home parent rather than pay childcare costs.

The judge should be fair and make a disclaimer that if the guy is not actually the father, to not make any declarations asserting he will be there for the kid or assuming responsibility for the child. It is not a decision to be made when handed such distressing news. And it will end up as a statement that the mother will exploit later on, saying that the guy assumed responsibility publicly.

Judge always asks about physical resemblance with pics etc but also adamantly says physical appearance doesnt mean anything. Uhhh...
I’ve never once heard the judge say that the physical appearance is an indicator into paternity. I think she’s being doing long enough to know that that’s not always the case.
Because most people lean on physical resemblance to draw their conclusions. But you just can't go by that alone. I've seen it where the baby looks EXACTLY like the father and he turned out not to be. I've also seen it where no one would think the guy was th father because the physical difference are like night and day, but the DNA came back that he's the father. You just can't go by looks...its not 100% - but DNA is.

Now that this is settled PLEASE take Mr Anderson name off your child birth certificate and have that baby to stop calling him daddy. Actually Mr Anderson would not be taking care of my baby from that point 😢
