First case... That woman's mother is a completely worthless human being, putting her family through that. Waste of oxygen.
The dad is no better leaving his daughter at 14 years old. He could have gotten a paternity test, regardless of what the mother did.
@@Harley08 Watch the episode. Him moving away to get away from who was clearly a manipulative and cheating wife was immediately followed by him filing for custody multiple times. The only reason he didn't get custody of her was because the system is more willing to believe a lying woman than an honest man in the case of custody, even if the lying woman's children are in foster care anyway. Even if he had gotten a paternity test back then, the fact that he was forced to go through eight consecutive drug tests that all came back negative and he STILL had to keep fighting for custody after that means that the fault of him and his daughter being separated lies on the wife's manipulation and the sexist stupidity of CPS. If a woman was in his position of a custody battle while the man tells everyone he can that the woman is on drygs, the woman would have gotten the child anyway, even if she WAS on drugs. It's not like he didn't try.

Why would you argue medical science? DNA testing is solid.
I walked after 6 years and would do it after 14 and more. If I am not the father I am not the father, not my place, not my job, not my responsibility. Moreover it is rewarding paternity fraud with a victim that stays for more punishment. Nobody will stand up for me but me. It is about what must be done.

Only a woman would believe that. No matter what a woman thinks, you could never understand how a man feels when he has doubts that a child is his. You are 100% sure that your child is yours. Unfortunately, men have to trust the mother, even if she does cheat, and she never tells him. So, no, even if you raise a child for 14 years, you're not the father, regardless of DNA.
I was happy that the first guy was the father -he's a genuinely good dude.

In the first case their mom sounds absolutely like Satan 😭😢 I feel so bad for this young lady have to grow up without her mom and her dad and it's all because of her mother's terrible ways how do you cheat on your husband in front of your 5-year-old daughter😢😢😢.... This is why I absolutely hate the judicial system because there is no reason in the worldwide this girl had to go into foster care when she had a very good father in her life!!!!

2nd case, I hope she doesn't get back with that man. He's abusive. She deserves better. They have beautiful children though.
His attitude after the verdict shouts he wanted it to go the other way. He was shocked and then angry. Also his hypocritical statement about how he missed out on his 3 yr old's life. As for missing out on the 1 month old, that was laughable. All he missed was constant pooping, peeing, fussing, crying and waking up at ungodly hours at nights. Not fit to be a father.
