Last case: I couldn’t be with a man that denies my child knowing that I’ve been faithful. I could never get over it. Plus, I don’t have time to deal with a man’s insecurities and him not believing me and giving me the benefit of the doubt.

It’s possible but in this case, it wasn’t. He is not her friend, he is waiting. A friend wouldn’t purposely cause problems in your relationship.
