I'm not suggesting that she harbor her feelings and build resentment because that's not healthy for her or the baby. But at that moment she should have been allowed to feel what she felt and sit in her feelings and go through the process. It helps the baby because when mom's mental health is good she's able to be a better mother to her child..... I've been in a similar situation. A lot of times people don't realize that the mother has to be strong in front of everybody all the time, as well as be the mature one in the situation. That carries a lot of weight on a single mom So I was just able to empathize with her, that's all. 😊

The second case make me upset because that man genuinely wants to be a father and she knew that he wasn't but was using him to take care of her and her daughter until the man she really wanted to be with came along. I would give anything for a man to step up, especially be father to our daughter and claim her.
1st case: Judge Lake, Persons do not immediately get over hurt. Ms Crowley is in her right to refuse a hug from someone who ill-spoke her. Ms Crowley was not prtentious. Judge had no right to scold her for showing her true feelings. Give her time to come around.
Agreed. I take it personally when people lie about me, and don't want to be around them. Sadly, the young lady is now forced to deal with people who lied about her in court, so she's definitely going to need a some time to process her feelings.

The conception date given by the doctor is just an estimate and it was only 10 days apart. So based on what the doctor told her, and the date he arrived in town, it is reasonable for him to doubt.
2nd case:
Let's start with this tidbbit... an epidural doesn't get you high. It blocks pain receptors. I know this from personal experience. Strike 1 for Ms. Thang.
Next point... hubby-to-be was nowhere in the picture, so it stands to reason Mr. McRae was the guy she wanted around *at the time.* Strike 2 for Ms. Thang.
Final point... Mr. McRae's testimony was credible across the board. His motivation was the child he thought was his daughter. The mother's testimony was suspect. Strike 3 for Ms. Thang
What does Ms. Thang win? A marriage and child with a guy working temp jobs who couldn't commit to her. Here's your door prize.
That was exact thought about being drugged up. I'm like why do they all say that. Natural birth is epidural and you are fine. C-section I believe is the same just more heavy but you are alert. I don't know one person that has had a baby and said they were all drugged up.
@@girlmom3686 I had a major thoracic surgery. The nurses and doctors all told me what an epidural did, since I asked them for a detailed explanation. I ended up rejecting the epidural, since I know far too many women who have had them and gone on to suffer debilitating back problems later.
Funny enough, turns out I didn't even need the epidural, since they had me on the push-button pain injector system after I woke up. Nothing but hydromorphone (the strongest stuff allowed in the country, which will absolutely get someone higher than Sputnik) every ten minutes, if I wanted it. The nurses were fussing at me for *not* using the pain plunger enough, if you can believe that.
You are darn skippy! I have watched my sister have three kids, and I cut my nephew's umbilical cord, and my sister was alert. Ms. Thang, as you reference her, is a habitual liar, deceiver, user, manipulator, and disrespectful!
2nd girl Ying. How could it be great for 2 years like she said but only intimate 3 times in 4 years. She let it slip at the beginning they lived together. She said she worked late to avoid coming home to him.
2nd case: I only have one word- MESSY. That girl got on my nerves. She had a rebuttal for everything Mr. McCrae said. If he said blue she said red. If he said North she said South. SMH. I hope Mr. McCrae can have a family of his own. God has the final say over any doctor.

Im glad the judge called a spade a spade in that last case. It was irritating to hear that testimony. That lady was dead wrong to have brought that man through a whole pregnancy just because the man she wanted didnt want her!!! He only settled for her because she had a baby for him.

I don't agree with the judge on one part. When the young lady refuse to give that boys mom a hug. This lady bad mouth this young lady and lied. The judge said you need to get let go of this anger. No the mom owe that young lady a apology

In my country, the doctors always tell us that there is a 2 week differential, so the conception date is a suggested date .
The only way to stop having to go to court to see if the child had the right father is ….

As a mother i would never understand how they put their baby through so much pain and stress by teling omce that’s your daddy but then no that’s not your daddy… babies have feelings they bond to the person that takes care of them.
