She really was A LIAR. There was no one else we were together the whole time, I couldn't have been with anyone else... Poor daughter but she needs to be mad at her LIAR mother.
I think that the daughter knows her mom and what she is capable of. I am sure she has seen her be dishonest all of her life. The fact that he did not consent but instead confirm her paternity made her believe he was her father. If he had contested it in the beginning she would have had the opportunity to find her biological father. The daughter did not argue how much she looked like him or how she has a lot in common with him. Trust me, as soon as he contested her paternity, the daughter had doubt also. Again…She knows her mom’s capabilities.

If you noticed... She did not even apologize to her daughter. She did not even turn to comfort her until the she realized the man was holding her. I feel so sorry for the daughter because being betrayed by your own mother has to be the worst feeling imaginable.

@@QueenKayKay47 No .. in the 1st case, he even knew she was sleeping around. He was never sure and he was enlisted. Chances that he got served by court are slim. Military mail is the worst. You literally have to expect a month or two for your mail to arrive.

@@QueenKayKay47this is military and 30+ years ago 😳 he was there for a couple of weeks and not supposed to be there for long and you go only when and where you told. Secondly, DNA wasn't easily available back then. 20 years ago DNA testing was blood only, cost roughly $4,000 upfront and took months to get results and everyone had to be together and present at the same location and only available in a few locations nationwide.
Men should be able to sue women for ALL child support given in a situation where the woman lied and the man is not the father.
Well, he failed to show up for the DNA test and he signed an affidavit of paternity. If he sued he´d lose in two minutes. There are cases where fraud is committed and the men get whatever they paid and the woman gets punished with possible jail time.
@jasonito23 also some states see it as a child being taken care of and the false father should be happy with contributing to the raising. In Florida, do not sign a birth certificate without a DNA test because you are still held liable for child support if your name is on the paper, but they are proven to not being yours. The only sure way out is to find the bio father and get them to agree to take over. The state doesn't care about the parents, they care that the child has legal recognized parents and is being taken care of. It happened to my cousin. He got lucky because a medical test proved the false paternity and they were able to find the birth father and have him take over. He dumped his cheating ex and found someone actually faithful.

Ya I agree, but I think about if that was my mom ..I don't believe I would say anything in court either. I'd wait until we left and then let her have it. I look at it like regardless that's my mother and I'm not going to shame her in front of other ppl. That doesn't mean we wouldn't have an issue behind closed doors. Had he shown up to court and petitioned them for a dna test it would’ve been put to bed years ago. They both are to blame but he dragged it by running from it.

Reform is needed because it’s out of hand. DNA test needs to be mandatory and man should have the right to sue women for paternity fraud. Especially if they were arrested, wages garnished, and child support. They should be reimbursed and compensated.

The judge kills me when she says “I can see it in your eyes” and not to mention she’s ALWAYS telling these men to take care of the baby until you know the truth when the mother is sitting there saying they’ve had multiple partners. And she still doesn’t give the men Credit after they’re found NOT to be the father. She’s said multiple times in this court that they only award a paternity test is when the doubt is reasonable. So why continue to beat up on the man about what he didn’t do after the test determines the child isn’t his?

The Paternity court judge has the biggest ❤ heart ever. She is so articulate. She knows exactly what to say and when to say it. She is a beautiful Black woman that’s so educated that I wish I could compare myself to. I do work for the District Attorneys Office and have since I was 26 years old. I am now 49. There were women sleep with multiple soldiers on bases trying to hook a military man for the money. Oftentimes it was just a once night stand. My brother got caught up in situation like this. It's sad for the daughter. I hope she finds healing and her real father.

Judge made the military father look bad like he was using the child for the meal ticket. In reality, the mother was using him for the meal ticket...his check was being docked. So, I think it was perfectly fine for him to take the dependent money that he had to fork over.

I disagree with the judge in the last case. He's not biological or legal father to her daughter. He has no obligation to have anything to do with her. Its his choice and his choice only. When you believe something 100% and there is no other option, but learn new information that proves you wrong…. you can experience cognitive dissonance. Her reality just shattered. How you cope is by trying to rationalize and hold up the illusions you thought were real. You can’t so you look like her frantically trying to hold on to the only thing you know and the lie you lived. Her mom knew about the other guy. She is in denial. She lived this lie so long it became real. She decided to chose her father.

If the potential father shows up at the hospital with a bag of diapers everybody cheers and talk about how wonderful he is.
