    Your stuff is brilliant. Do you have continuous video of someone doing a chin to bar pull up. By visualizing the movement and writing a subconscious program, I am sure I would learn it much faster. I learned double unders and toe to bar this way within 3 days. The movement on the bar in all instructional videos I have seen are there and gone so fast I never get to visualise the movement and have to continuously replay the short bit over and over which loses the concentration.
