So grateful that this is for free! spent an hour watching the entire thing and following along... helped me add structure to my day, there were many blank spaces throughout my schedule where I didn't even know where my time was going.
Sahil, I’m 27 on my grind and really appreciate these videos. Please continue. Everyone is sleeping on these, UA-cam and X. What happens when you are in deep work and want to just keep going past a time block? Or a task takes longer than expected? Do you cut abruptly to the next block even if you are in flow? I struggle with that and find myself falling out of my scheduled blocks making the whole day out of wack because of this.
Thanks a lot for this. I definitely need structure. What you said about having no structure really resonated with me. For i have been stuck in a rut for a long time
I always wondered!!! Why his talks become always super essential and related to my situations? Anyway thank you Sahil for making my journey easier and making me motivated❤️
Hi sahil bloom. This video was informative. What should be the structure for a sales manager. Discussion with team and clients takes most of the time along with traveling to client location. Can you suggest, how to structure management, creative, ideation in this..
Same rules apply. Meetings are always management time. Sales roles will have more management time than most, which is fine. Bucketing that into specific windows will be helpful over time to give you time for ideation and creation around materials and more creative selling propositions.
Becoming UNSTOPPABLE in your 20s is all about embracing challenges and taking RISKS. This decade is a fantastic opportunity for personal GROWTH and self-discovery.
Love the time blocking, Sahil, but how would you suggest I block for client meetings. I could have days where I have 1 and others when I could have as many as 5. Any thoughts on how to keep it flexible yet still blocked?
Management time. All calls and meetings fall into that bucket. As you progress, aim to have them bucketed into specific windows, but early on, it’s fine for them to be spread out:
Hi Sahil, do you take 15-20 mins nap during your day? I wake up at 5 am, hit the gym, go to office at 8, come home around 5 pm. I feel so tired in the evening after coming from the office. What should I do to avoid fatigue and do my extra stuff ?
Hey Sahil, hope you are doing well. I am 21 and wondering out of the three of Creation, Ideation, and Consumption time, which would you focus on? Due to my work in the construction industry, commute time, and workout out time I probably only have a 1 to 2 hour block everyday that I have 100% control over and am not sure what to have that devoted to? Maybe it rotates everyday?
Can you use commute time as consumption by listening to books or podcasts? If you have an hour of focused time I’d say focus on creation - build/write/test/create. You can take an hour each week for ideation.
@@Sahil_Bloom I can use commute time as consumption time but it is difficult if I want to take notes/ really focus on what I'm consuming. I'll definitely switch to listening something other than music during my commute. Any podcasts you would recommend? But I will start taking my one hour block everyday to start writing out my thoughts and on Sundays I will get some ideation in as I have more time on Sundays. Thank you for your advice and please keep posting videos and writing your newsletter! I have already preordered your book and can't wait for it to release!
Don't think he read my comment, but replied to every other one even those who commented hours after me. You guys think I wrote something particularly offensive? 🙅♀ Let me know.
It’s not about waiting for motivation but setting up a system that keeps you moving forward, even on low energy days.
Amen. Couldn’t have said it better.

Hi Sahil, great video! When in your day do you focus on achieving personal tasks?
I capture those during management time typically
But it depends what it is.

Currently i am 21 ( last year computer science student) , What is the most crucial advice for me ?
does journalling fall in to the ideation category ....???
Or just a personal non negotiable

What about people like me who are in university?
Same rules apply, would just consider the activities in each type of time a bit different
how rigid/flexible are you with your schedule?
I try to be rigid when home in my routines and flexible when I travel
@@Sahil_Bloom oh cool. And on weekends too?
@@devanshagarwal234weekends are pretty similar for me, more family time, less workout time usually.
