Can you make a future video about how to understand and use the various options in the Macro Editor? There are so many check boxes and options that I've had trouble mapping the check boxes to the actual controls in the fusion nodes. For example, I tried to have a control to adjust the solid color of a background node but it always ended up as a four color gradient and didn't do what I wanted. The Resolve manual wasn't any help. Is there another reference?
Some basics of what to check and select when setting up a macro would be awesome. If I were able to attend ResolveCon, I'd ask in person.

What does the "scale" parameter on anim curves mean? Is it just adding that value to the offset by the end or is it multiplicative?

I've been watching some of your new to editing videos and I'm kinda stuck. I have a game play rercording where I'm starting a walk through of a game. Do I just scrub to find where I want my videos to start/end then just do the cuts, save, make multiple duplicates (enough to cover the number of videos this will be), then just take each duplicate and delete what isnt needed for that specific video I'm making? Then continuing on from there with any transitions, censors, etc?
Or is there a easier way that I'm not seeing to create multiple videos from one project?

Do you know why some times all non stock presets and effects is not showing up, it can even be starting the same project?
Question. Can I do this with complex effects. Like if I have a displace node, fast noise, soft glow, and glow and edge detect. I used those for a effect. Couldn’t make it work on edit page. I tried months ago. Was this user error on my end?
If you have an extra 60 seconds in your presentation at ResolveCon to explain what a Generator effect is, I will be listening. How does it differ from other effects or Fusion effects or Macro effects? It seems to me that all effects generate something so I don't understand why some effects need to be categorized as "Generator." Thank you.
