    If you have been living with long COVID, a long term illness that has affected your ability to breathe deeply, flu or a cold or anytime you feel your breath restricted (even anxiety and panic attacks) - this is a practice for you.
    We begin reclined and work our way through deeper and more effortless and easy diaphragmatic breaths to build muscle memory, open up the space of the lungs, and more fully oxygenate your entire body.

    Wow this was incredibly soothing ❤ I struggle with meditation and get bored but using this as a type of breathing meditation helped maintain my focus! I’ve been holding a lot of anxiety in my chest and this helped to loosen that tightness. Thank you so much! Definitely going to be coming back to this often 😊
