    Sometimes you need a practice that honors your energy right where it is at and supports you...
    Many of us will face days where we want to practice, need to practice, need to move our bodies somehow, but we feel depleted, exhausted, and deeply fatigued. Whether that be physically, emotionally, or mentally (or all of the above), we can practice self care by honoring our energy as well as balancing it with movement.
    Join me for a slow and mindful 25 minute grounding practice, where we move through the entire body - loosening tension, making space, breathing, and working with the kidney/bladder meridians to help balance our energy.

    Aprille, a little over 12 hours ago my 5 year old grandson was in a farming accident. He had to be Airlifted to a trauma center and is in ICU. He is looking at a possible amputation of his foot. I am currently at home and just used this video to ground me. I want to thank you for this. I am getting ready to go to church to pray for my grandson, my daughter, and son in law. And then I will get ready to return to the hospital which is over an hour away. I don't know where I am at for the moment as my thoughts are allover the place and my heart breaks. I truly believe he will be fine. But the doctors are pretty certain of an amputation. I just want to say thank you. The video helped ground me a little better.

      @@YogaRangerStudio I will definitely do that. I just returned from the hospital and will be going back in the morning. I need to sit down for a moment and ground because my mind is all over the place. But I will send you an update because you will be helping me to restore rebalance etc with your videos

    This was so good for me today. Compassion fatigue is a new word for me, but it resonates with how I am right now. It was so calming. So thank you 🌸

      You are so welcome and yes, compassion fatigue was a new word for me too but once I began to explore what it was, it made so much sense. Many of us now are living with compassion fatigue and I hope that some of my practices can help support others.

    Thank you so Very much Dearest Aprille, this was a wonderful practice that I was able to complete, considering that I am in the advanced stage of liver disease, ( I've lost a lot of muscle mass ...) and a Very Special thanks to your sweet darling kitty, the Best assistant you can get.
