This recipe is very easy and very delicious!
🍞Ingredients
250g/1.59cup Bread flour
1pc/50g+- Egg
25g/2tbsp Sugar
20g/3tbsp Milk powder
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
20ml Oil
110ml/0.46cup Water
3g/1/2tsp Salt
Egg wash
Parmesan cheese powder
Sausage
* Preheat the Oven at 180°C (360°F) bake for 15 minutes

Baking suggestions.
1. the flour absorption is different, so the water can change
2. you can use any flavor of oil you like, I used olive oil this time
3. you can use bacon instead if you don't have sausage

Hey Qiong, i finally made your recipe buns wth the sausage, i made 8 rolls, turned out the same like yours. Thankyou for your beautiful recipe. I have worked out that we can turn this buns into sweet buns! Leave out the cheese and sausage and add sugar make them for an afternoon cup tea! Perhaps also jam& cream? Yummy. I will send you a short of my rolls i made today.
