    For the bread:
    ½ cup milk , warm (about 90-105°F)
    ½ teaspoon active dry yeast (or ½ packet)
    2½ cup all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled (plus more for dusting)
    3 Tablespoon granulated sugar
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    ¼ cup hot water (hotter than 195°F)
    1 large egg , beaten (plus 1 optional for egg wash)
    2 Tablespoon unsalted butter , softened
    6 hotdog
    For the corn and cheese topping:
    1 cup mozzarella , shredded
    ⅓ cup can sweet corn , drained (about 5 oz.)
    ¼ white onion , diced (about ⅓ cup)
    2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
    3 Tablespoon green onion , sliced (optional)
    Dry parsley flakes (optional for sprinkling)
    Ketchup (optional for dressing)

    Everytime I follow a bread recipie on youtube it usually turns out disastrous. But this one was absolutely amazing. When shaping the bread it looked horrible because it was my first time but dont worry, after baking it looks amazing. Tasted even better than it looks, best UA-cam recipie. 10/10 will make again.

    Today I made this, but I followed the written recipe from your website and the bread didn't rise as much as I'd have liked - I definitely should have watched this video too!     I just made this last night. I never thought it would be this good. Everybody in the house loves it and my little brother is begging me to do it again. I doubled the bread recipe but I only have 9 sausages. I made the a lot of corn cheese topping so I stuffed it in the remaining dough and it's also great! Thanks for sharing this recipe. It's easy to follow and make as it's almost no knead. This will be a new house staple.

    Made this today and the results were great! The bread is so soft. Thou I had to add about an additional cup of flour since the dough was too sticky after the second proofing. And also, the hotdogs available was the skinny ones and thats what I used so the bread to sausage were a bit off... opps 🤭

    I love how you present your recipe - very calming. I have a question though, why does the dough look sticky during the proofing stage, just curious?

      Hello! Since we don't use a mixer we let it naturally ferment to develop gluten. If you want to make it faster, you canxuse a mixer and add the butter in when your dough is coming together. That means you can skip the extra 30 minutes of proofing after adding butter. Recently we just started eating it ferment an extra 30 minutes after we knead the dough from the 30 minutes after the butter is incorporated. Its not necessary but we find the gluten structure to be slightly stronger. We hope that answers your question, let us know if it sounds confusing sorry!😅

    Made this today and it was very good 💯
    Before this im using another recipe but the result is bad like the dough didnt rise despite how long the resting time and the bread texture is very dense. Im almost give up but my mom told me to try again. By the way im a pastry student 🤣 but already finished my studies almost 2 yrs ago i think. Thankyou for sharing the recipe, im really love it 🥰

    I’m wondering that how long does that bread can be store and how to store it? Then, do we need to bake it again to make the cheese running? (Exp: use air fryer, microwave..)

      Hello, thank you for watching, were so happy you liked! You can keep the bread in the fridge for up to a week in a tray or plate wrapper in plastic or in a air tight container. Then to reheat we just microwave our on high for 45 seconds or until hot. But, it tastes the best reheated in the oven at 350 degrees F, for 3-5 minutes or until hot.     So interested!!, but I wonder when use baking the bread you open the fan or not? And how about the heat use both or bottom heat?

      Hello! For the oven we do not have a convection oven so it heats from the top coils. No fan is needed.

    Can I mix the dry and wet ingredients using a hand mixer? And if so are there any changes I should make when using a hand mixer?

      We recommend not using a hand mixer unless it somehow has a dough hook attachment. Doughs are too rough for the gears in hand mixers and we don't want you ruining your mixer😅.
