The Si is definitely the best car for the money. Install a Hondata tune and call it a day.

And an intake so you can actually hear the turbo and then downpipe/frontpipe for some pops and earlier spool. And a short shifter from Acuity or Hybrid. And a Perrin throttle pedal relocation bracket because the placement is garbage for heel-toe. Might also want a rear motor mount swap if you don't mind some vibration (or go Hardrace or just window weld the stock one). Oh and an oil catch can for longevity. And maybe a better clutch down the road since they are barely up to the task with a stock engine. And a subwoofer just because.

If you think that the coupe is practical I'd love to see you test the 2020 Si Sedan! It's my current daily driver and it's absolutely amazing

I’m pretty sure he’s talking practicality pertaining to 2 door’s coupe. Sporty unlike a 4 door sedan

Dirk Packwood I think both are pretty practical in terms of driving daily and in various weather conditions, although I’d have to disagree with you. I think the 8th and 9th gen coupes were much sportier than the sedans but with the new 10th gen models I think the sedan is much sportier

He's probably got a bigger jolt by shifting that quick without waiting for the revs drop. You can definitely hustle the car with rev hang, there just is a bigger difference between engine revs and wheel speed if you go to the next gear right away.
That said, a tune, even to just remove the rev hang, will be my first steps if I get a Civic Si.

Rear wing shouldn’t even be on this Si. To me it just look a bit out of place. I’m all for coupes, but this designed looks way better in sedan trim. Coupe looks... not completed. Loved the looks of the 2006-2015 model better. Mainly the rear looked way better compared to the 2016 and current model.

    • @cooleye8887

LOL THE WING IS A DEFINITE MUST FOR THIS COUPE, AND IT ACTUALLY MAKES IT LOOK BETTER ALL THE WAY !!! HONDA EVEN SAID ITS HELPFUL ON TRACK, IT IS ACTUALLY A TRACK READY COMPACT CAR, HANDLES BEAUTIFULLY ON TRACK ESPECIALLY WITH THE SUMMER TIRES ON. THE COUPE IS OBVIOUSLY THE BETTER LOOKIN THAN THE SEDAN. LOL. IM A MEMBER OF ABOUT 4 GROUPS OF THESE 10TH GEN CIVIC Si AND MOST OF THEM ARE COUPE OWNERS, SO I DO KNOW WHAT IM TALKIN ABOUT. THOSE OTHER MEMBERS WHO BOUGHT THE SEDAN EVEN ADMITS THAT THEY LOVE THE LOOK OF THE COUPE BETTER AND PREFERS IT OVER THEIR SEDAN, BUT THEY HAD TO GO WITH IT DUE TO FAMILY OR CARGO SPACE BENEFITS, THATS ALL LOL. BESIDES, MOST UA-cam COMMENTS YOULL FIND WHENEVER THEYRE COMPARING THIS COUPE OVER THE SEDAN ARE MOSTLY ABOUT HOW THE COUPE OBVIOUSLY LOOKS SO MUCH BETTER.
