Developer here! It's a 2D sci-fi noir adventure with lots of talking, decisions and consequences, a branching story with multiple endings, and investigation gameplay. It controls more like a platformer than a P&C game, and we also tried to make it look and sound nice. :D The Prologue is free on Steam, so you can check it out risk-free.
