    Poop is also floating when you eat a lot of fiber or when it has gas in it. Not necessarily fatty stool.

    Hello
    I suppose this will not be seen but ...
    It has been nothing but problems in Dr G's nutritional plans. Vertigo then fizzy rat in brain. Chronic, painful itching. BP down, great. Now back up. Marbles with every version. Constipation. Gas in the gut etc etc.
    Up to make neck now in enzymes bile salts MCT. Day at a time!
    This never happened before. In my healthy grain world and veggies every day.
    Wish you all well.
    PS my brain and memory energy did improve - at first

    Spinach=Amaranthaceae NOT Brassicaceae/ Cruciferae
    I have noticed that most of the Doctors on nutrition and health are not good at plant taxonomy. It would be good to recheck given information.

    Hello Dr Gundry. Thank you for your information. I appreciate it. Now that we have covered poop, what about urine? I have cleaned up my diet, as best I can. I eat loads of vegetables, I've cut down on meat and almost no sugar, and now I'm finding that I need to urine at night frequently. What causes night time urination?

    • @allhimwithme5115

      It has to do with glycogen being broken down for energy because you cut out refined carbs. I had never gotten up in the night to pee until I started a Keto diet, but as my body adjusted (after about a month) that stopped. Dr Eric Berg covers this.

    Wow a other great video, eve it is about s#"&t. I have a question Dr. Gundry, I had lots of gas all the time, I did avoided some food 1 week this, 1 week that, but it was no avail. Until i saw a podcast from you and Dave aspray.
    There Dave Aspray mentioned erythritol gives also gas. SoI I did decide to stop using it in my coffee and thea. And yes indeed the day I stopped using erythritol, my gas reduced the first dat withat least 50%., the next few days with at least 90%.
    My question is how bad it is that we have gas because of Erythritol. Can it do me/us any harm besides the fact that I fart more then just a few times a day???? Or I better stop using Erythritol at all???
    And TY again for the great advice you give us, 😀

    • @allhimwithme5115
      @allhimwithme5115 Рік тому

      Gas is a symptom of your gut not handling what you're eating. I can't imagine it's OK to eat something that causes gas or any other negative experience. The experience is negative to _tell you something._

    I'm unfortunately not an insider, but I wondered if you could help please... I am looking for an evidence based resources to compare my mother's blood results against. The general (NHS) reference range of "normal" is very generous. And given that the "normal" here in the UK = metabolically ill/overweight/chronic disease, I don't feel this is wise guidelines. For example up to 6.3 hba1c is still normal according to their lab notes.
    I am searching for optimal for health. Any advice would be wonderful

    It ALL makes so much sense. I believe we need to get back in touch with our poop as it speaks volumes about our health and digestion. Most societies even have daily greetings that can be traced back to phrases that mean "How's your poop?" I have a feeling Cascara Sagrada is insoluble fiber. It's widely used to make you "go". Also, and you may already done a podcast on this, but can someone have a healthy gut biome on a carnivore diet? Is there soluble fiber in meat? or are these people severely limiting beneficial bacteria?

    • @Decoder2040
      @Decoder2040 Рік тому

      Shawn Baker says you can. All I really know is that the gut biome is one of the least understood systems in the body and that I heard on a Joe Rogan Podcast (I think Dr. Rhonda Patrick might be her name) that plant material is more likely than animal tissue to produce the circumstance that leads to colon cancer.

    I rarely have a good bowel movement. I probably go once a week and it’s hard pebbles and sometimes hard pebbles stuck together in a ball. Feels like I’m dropping a bowling ball but it’s actually not that big. I’ve been drinking more water and started eating more foods with fiber and take RenewLife Cleanse More every night. Still nothing. I’m on a lot of medications that cause constipation and can’t stop taking them. I need something that is going to work fast. Sometimes the constipation is really bad and I try to push and gets stuck.
