I’m “only” 40 years old and have been doing weightlifting for 15 years, but I still find these videos interesting and helpful. I recently injured my knee during a heavy legpress set, so I looked around on youtube for helpful tips. Ended up binging several of your videos. Good stuff! And my knee is doing better!

OK, so Will Harlow is without reservation, the most informative/knowledgeable Physical Therapist on Social-Media. I've learned more from him, than the past 4 1/2 years of actual physical therapy. this dude is spot on. He also walks his talk. Look at his physical form, he's in tip-top shape, and probably has the best shaped legs I've ever seen. Will is handsome, intelligent, and has the ability to convey his knowledge in an understandable way. Thanks Will ❤❤

Hi Will, I have been keenly watching the videos which you have been presenting on the UA-cam Channel by which I have been learning much from your presentations during much of 2023. Thank you very much Will, I will attempt this particular exercise to strengthen the gluteus muscles as advised by you. I have found your exercises useful and helpful. I even advised a few of my friends to access your videos on the UA-cam Channel in order to help them as a support to their regular work-out sessions at the gym or at home. Thank you once again! Wishing you the compliments of the season as wishes come to you from South INDIA!

Wow. This one is definitely much harder for me. I was getting bored with the regular clamshells even though I was using a strong stretch band around my knees. I can really feel this challenging me but in a good way. You are wonderful.

    Hey Will!
    You’re awesome!
Love your exercise videos. Very informative and helpful.
Is this exercise supposed to replace the glute one you introduced almost a year ago?
I've been doing that one with good results. No clam. Straight legs with a high, back tilting leg lift. Same positioning and resistance bands occasionally.
Any thoughts would be appreciated. Happy New Year!
    To your good health!

I am 37, and experience hip pain and moments of ischiadicus pain after a leg workout, especially after dead lifts. I think I found the reason why...this makes a lot of sense. Well explained! Thank you! I just started and after 3 sets I noticed the lower stabilizing leg to burn much more, than the leg being lifted, especially the one that gave me issues. I followed your instructions, should I try to relax the lower leg more? Thank you✨

I've been doing clams for years so I did them with you straight away and WOW! My hips have always been a weakness since I was a child taking ballet. I am always working to strengthen them. I did just one set on each side as they are "humming" :) already and rather than the usual "0 to 60" mode I tend to employ this is something that I think could really make a difference so going to ease into increasing sets and hopefully on to the bands. Thank you so much Will @HT-physio
